为了分析湿度对MS密封胶材料力学性能的影响,引入吸湿度(hygroscopic degree)的概念和计算方法。即MS密封胶试件吸湿后,去除MS密封胶试件表面水并通过称重计算MS密封胶试件的吸湿度。本试验以实验室的环境条件(298K的环境温度,40%的相对环境湿度)为基准。MS密封胶试件吸湿度的计算公式为:其中,HD一MS密封胶试件的吸湿度,m一MS密封胶试件吸湿前的质量,m:一MS密封胶试件吸湿后的质量,m2-m,一MS密封胶试件的吸湿量。为了分析材料的吸湿度与吸湿时间和吸湿温度的关系。分别在2,4, 6, 8,10, 24, 48h和吸湿温度为363K的水浴条件下,以及在293, 313, 333, 353373K和吸湿时间为6h的水浴条件下,进行吸湿试验。结果如图3.4所示。
从图3.4 (a)可知,MS密封胶试件在363K的吸湿温度中吸湿2h后,MS密封胶试件的吸湿度明显增大,增加了0.79%。随着MS密封胶试件吸湿时间的继续增大,MS密封胶试件的吸湿度也增大,但增加幅度小于最初的2h。当MS密封胶试件吸湿时间到lOh后,MS密封胶试件吸湿度的增大速度开始减小。MS密封胶试件吸湿时间到48h后,吸湿度达到2.89%。此时MS密封胶试件已达到吸湿饱和状态。可知,此密封胶在高温、高湿(363K, 100%)环境下,吸湿速度和吸湿度都随着吸湿时间的增加而增加, 48h后可达到吸湿饱和的状态,吸湿曲线呈现幂函数形式的变化。从图3.4(b)可知,在293K的吸湿温度下放置6h,MS密封胶试件的吸湿度不变,说明此密封胶在常温下耐水性好。随着吸湿温度的不断增加,MS密封胶试件吸湿度不断增大。当温度到达373K时,基本达到吸湿饱和状态。
对图3.4 (a)和图3.4 (b)可知,吸湿时间6h、吸湿温度373K的状态下,MS密封胶试件吸湿度为1.56%;吸湿时间8h、吸湿温度363K的状态下,MS密封胶试件吸湿度为1.98%。故在高温状态下,吸湿时间越长越易完成吸湿过程,吸湿温度对MS密封胶试件吸湿度的影响远小于吸湿时间。而吸湿时间6h、吸湿温度293K的状态下,MS密封胶试件吸湿度约为0.00%;吸湿时间为2h、吸湿温度为363K的状态下,MS密封胶试件吸湿度约为0.79%。故在常温状态下,由于没有高温的软化作用,MS密封胶试件无法进行吸湿。吸湿温度和吸湿时间共同决定和影响了MS密封胶试件的吸湿度。www.sdyuantai.com
