为了研究不同温度下,循环加载历史对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料的力学性能影响。对材料进行平均应变分步减小控制的循环载荷试验。每个温度环境为一组,试验共分为5组,每组分四步进行平均应变减小的循环加载,各个加载步骤之间以平均应变15%减小,每个加载步骤循环50圈。其中,加载步骤、应变幅值和应变加载速率保持恒定不变。结果如图3.8所示。
本章对HP-172B硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶进行了不同影响因素条件下的强度试验和循环疲劳测试。首先,进行了温度扫描分析,确定了材料的玻璃化转变温度;然后,研究了温度变化、吸湿度变化和应变率变化对材料拉伸强度的影响;最后,研究了温度和循环加载历史对材料循环强度和疲劳寿命的影响。并分析了各个加载状态下,材料力学性能变化的原因。可得出以下结论:
