目前MS密封胶行业常用的填料有重钙、轻质钙、纳米碳酸钙、硅微粉、白炭黑和金属氧化物等。填料在密封胶中的作用主要有:填充、补强、增韧和阻燃。通过在密封胶中加人填料，是一种常见的提升密封胶理化性能的方法。但填充量过大或单一填料含量过多均会导致硅橡胶性能下降，因此如何通过填料改性来达到改善MS密封胶性能是一个研究热点。故本次实验以纳米碳酸钙和硅微粉作为填料，在填料总质量固定的前提下，探究不同填料配比对免垫片MS密封胶性能影响。

按工艺配方，将107胶按照比例加人真空捏合机搅拌混合均匀，再按表1分别分步加人不同填料配比的纳米碳酸钙、硅微粉室温搅拌混合分散，搅拌20 min后抽真空，待温度升到110℃开始计时，搅拌3.5 h，然后降温。得到1#3#不同填料配比的基料。

将基料加人强力分散搅拌机中，与一定量107胶和二甲基硅油混合，抽真空搅拌5 min，搅拌均匀后加人甲基三丁酮肪基硅烷，抽真空搅拌15 min后，再加人偶联剂、催化剂，抽真空搅25 min后，挤人300 mL空白管密封待用，根据不同的基葬斗得到对应的1#3#样品跪性能表征。

(1)表干时间:依照GB/T13477.5200洲建筑密封材术i方法:表日寸间的测定》试验方法进行测试;

(2)固化深度:使用固化深度板检测样品在温度为(23士2)℃、相对湿度为(50士5)%时24 h的固化深度;

(3)硬度:依照GB/T 531.1-2008《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶压人硬度试验方法:邵氏硬度计算法》标准用邵氏A硬度计检测;

(4)拉伸强度和断裂伸长率:按GB/T 528-2009《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定》标准，采用哑铃状I型试样测定;

(5)剪切强度:按照GB/T 7124-2008《MS密封胶拉伸剪切强度的测定》标准检测，粘接基材选用尺寸为100 mmx25 mmx1.6 mm的同类基材的粘接(碳钢、铝板、不锈钢、电镀锌板、玻璃钢);

(6)耐高温性能:将做好的硬度块和哑铃状试样在实验室恒温电热鼓风烘箱经过250 ℃x24 h高温烘烤后，再进行硬度和拉伸性能测试。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
