单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样类型有4种，分别是拉伸单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样、邵A硬度单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样、胶条剥离单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样以及剪切疲劳单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样。

(1)拉伸单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样:依据cB/T s2s-2oo9《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定》橡胶拉伸哑铃型2型尺寸，厚度要求(2士0.2 ) mm。将液态密封胶用模具板刮压成厚2 mm的胶层，表面光滑平整，放在(温/湿度:23 ℃/s0%RH)环境下固化7 d。

(2)邵A硬度单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样:直径>20 mm，厚2 mm，测试时叠加厚度>6 mm。将液态密封胶用模具板刮压成厚2 mm的胶层，表面光滑平整，放在(温/湿度:23℃/50%RH)环境下固化7 d。

(3)胶条剥离单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样:胶条长约120 mm，宽1012mm,胶条高度s mm。基材:阳极氧化铝合金、环氧底漆碳钢，基材表面处理方法具体如表1所示。将密封胶在不同的基材表面打成胶条的形状，表面加以修饰，使尺寸符合要求，胶层示意图如图1所示;为验证单组分聚氨酯密封胶在极端条件下的粘附和密封性能，单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样选择分别在2种不同的环境条件下进行制备并持续固化7d，直至固化完全，然后进行对比测试;(制备及固化环境条件分别为条件1:温/湿度s ℃/20%RH;条件2:温/湿度2℃/s0%RH)。

(4)剪切疲劳单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样:拉伸剪切搭接式样件，胶层尺寸:12.5 mmx25 mmx3 mm剪切疲劳单组分聚氨酯密封胶试样一侧基材:阳极氧化铝合金，另一侧基材:环氧底漆碳钢，基材表面处理方法具体如表所示。

先对2种基材表面进行处理，完成后在基材表面施胶，并利用工装控制剪切样件尺寸及胶层厚度，用燕尾夹进行夹持固定，放在(温棍度:23 ℃/50%RH)环境下固化7d直至完全固化，详见示意图如图2所示。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
