在装有机械搅拌器和温度计的SOOmL三口烧瓶中加入一定质量的端硅烷聚醚预聚体和硅烷偶联剂A-187，混合均匀后，用注射器加入计量的催化剂，室温条件下，搅拌15-20min。拉伸样条制备:将搅拌均匀的MS密封胶倒入干净的聚四氟乙烯模具中，常温下放入真空烘箱中抽真空1h，以排除MS密封胶内的气泡，取出后按要求在室温固化不同的天数，测相应样条的力学性能。粘结试样制备:取搅拌均匀的MS密封胶涂于标准金属片上，搭接长度规格所示，常温下放入真空烘箱中抽真空1h，排除MS密封胶内的气泡，取出后室温固化10天。测试与表征表干时间测定表干时间按GB/T13477.5-2002《建筑密封材料试验方法第5部分:表干时间的测定》中B法测定，即:将预聚体涂布于干净的玻璃板上，在标准条件下静置一定的时间，然后用无水乙醇擦净手指端部，轻轻接触试件上三个不同部位的试样。相隔适当时间重复上述操作，直至无试样粘附在手指上为止。记录试件成型后至试样不粘附在手指上所经历的时间。流变仪测试利用美国TA公司的应力控制型旋转流变仪(AR-G2变特性，采用直径d=40mm的平板，频率为1Hz，应变为0间曲线。研究MS密封胶固化过程中的流5%，测试25℃时的模量一时拉伸性能测试拉伸性能按照GB/T528-2009《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定》标准进行测定。按将固化好的胶条样品按标准中的I型标准裁成哑铃型试样，测试样品的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率，拉升速度为S。mm/min，测试温度为25℃。粘结强度测试按照GB/T7124-1986《胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度测定方法(金属对金属)》测试MS密封胶对金属的拉伸搭接剪切强度，以此评定MS密封胶的粘结性能。具体方法如下:金属片采用100mmX25mmX2mm铝合金，搭接长度为12.5士0.5mm拉伸时拉力机夹具间距120mm，拉升速度为5mm/min，测试温度为25℃先将金属片用砂纸打磨。制备试样前，实验采用的端硅烷聚醚(MS)胶包含以下组分:MS树脂:Kaneka公司的S203H，数均分子量约为7500，其主链是聚氧化丙烯(PPO>，端基为可水解的硅烷氧基Si-OR;2,2-[(二辛基亚锡)双(硫代)]双乙酸二异辛醋(TMA:作为MSMS密封胶的催化剂，同时实验在保持配方其它组分不变的情况下，采用二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBT)催化剂的情况作为对比，添加量为MS树脂质量的0.3%-2.5%;硅烷偶联剂:选用Y-(2,3一环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-187作为粘附促进剂，用于提高MS密封胶的附着力，添加量为MS树脂质量的0.5%。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
