       采用纳米二氧化硅类流体作为增强改性剂,这类粒子同时具有纳米粒子效应和液体流动特性,得到的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶拉伸强度可达到4.65MPa,同时可减少硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶配制过程中溶剂和增塑剂的使用,更环保。

       利用34.13份端硅烷聚醚SAT400,13.65份邻苯二甲酸二异癸醋、34.13份碳酸钙、6.83份钦白粉、6.83份气相白炭黑和0.34份二月桂酸二丁基锡等得到了高强度硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,其拉伸强度达到5.12MPa,可应用于汽车制造业等领域。

       除基料端硅烷聚醚的性能和填料的选择外,通过配方设计可使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘结性、可涂饰性、耐热性等性能得到改善。发现,通过向端硅烷聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶中添加合适的粘接促进剂,可有效地改善硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘接性能和力学性能。

       以100份端硅烷聚醚,0.4份蒸馏水、30份增塑剂、140份填料、5份触变剂、光稳定剂和紫外吸收剂各1份作为A组分,以1.5份催化剂、3份粘附促进剂和20份增塑剂为B组分制备双组份端硅烷硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶。直接将A,B组分分别涂覆于铝箔和木材上,通过900剥离强度测试发现,施胶1Omin时剥离强度为0.6MPa,经过168h后达到了15MPa,说明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶不需要物理上的混合,在固化过程中,内部有组分的相互渗透。

       为进一步提高端硅烷聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的可涂饰性,提出用分子量为50500的聚氧烷基醚代替邻苯二甲酸二甲醋(DOP>作增塑剂,改善单组分端硅烷聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶固化后胶表面发粘、涂装时与涂料涂层亲合力弱的缺点。报道在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶内加入约50100份N一乙基一对甲苯磺酞胺或N一乙基一邻甲苯磺酞胺等烷基芳基磺酞胺,能为固化后的干硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶和含丙烯酸树脂、聚氨醋树脂或丙烯酸一聚氨醋树脂的涂层之间提供较好的粘合,防止涂层在干硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶上的脱落。

       端硅烷聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶对水性的丙烯酸类涂料具有较好的可涂饰性,但对于醇酸树脂类油基涂料,其干燥时间较长(超过4天),公布了一种可改善硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶表面油基涂料涂饰性的配方:端硅烷聚醚S203H预聚体6.9份、S303H预聚体16.1份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸醋20.6份、碳酸钙49.1份、4.6Ti02,0.5份触变剂、UV吸收剂和抗氧剂各0.25份、0.7份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、0.75份A1120和0.5份双乙酞丙酮二丁基锡,得到的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与多种装饰材料具有较好的粘接性,对醇酸漆等油基涂料有良好的相容性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
