       1.g的聚醚多元醇,然后在碱金属醇盐作用下,与烯丙基氯反应得到端烯基聚醚在我国,端硅烷丁基防水嵌缝胶尚处于发展阶段,对预聚体的制备仅有少量研究,采用烯丙基氯对聚醚的轻基封端,采用本体醚合成法得到端双键聚醚,再与甲基二乙氧基硅烷进行硅氢化反应。利用自制的甲基二甲氧基硅烷与烯丙基封端聚醚反应,得到有机硅改性聚醚(SMPE,并发现利用烯丙基聚醚先与甲基二氯硅烷反应,再在甲醇中醇解,也可制备SMPE,但具体反应条件有待确定。采用双烯丙基聚醚、四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷在铂催化剂下反应得到端基含硅氢键的中间体,再加入乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷反应得到Mn为2500的三乙氧基硅烷封端的聚醚硅氧烷共聚物。利用环氧开环合成大分子聚醚是常用的方法,将其应用于合成大分子量端硅烷聚醚,即以含有活性氢化合物为起始物,DMC为催化剂,环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷为原料,制备分子量为100050000的轻基聚醚,再加入含环氧基团的硅烷,利用环氧开环将硅烷化合物接到聚醚末端氧原子上,后处理得到不含氨醋键等极性基团的端硅烷基聚醚,报道称该方法步骤简单,易于实现工业化。配方设计研究丁基防水嵌缝胶配方成分的选择及设计对丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能有重要影响,因此,国内外学者对端硅烷聚醚丁基防水嵌缝胶的配方及设计进行了大量的研究。作为丁基防水嵌缝胶基料的端硅烷聚醚树脂本身的性能,如分子量及其分布,粘度等会影响丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能。一般端硅烷聚醚分子量大于7000,得到的丁基防水嵌缝胶具有较高的强度和伸长率,否则固化物硬度大,延伸率低。分子量分布也会影响丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能,利用数均分子量大于6000,分布系数小于1.5,含活性硅烷基团的聚氧化丙烯主链聚合物和有机锡催化剂得到可固化的组分,其固化速度比宽分子量分布得到的丁基防水嵌缝胶要快,催化剂添加量为1.5一3份时,室温的表干时间为15-60min内。进一步研究发现,氧化丙烯聚合物的分子量分布较窄时,丁基防水嵌缝胶的压缩回弹性更好。以不同粘度范围(0.11.0,5一10,1015和/或1525Pas,测试温度200C,剪切速率lOs-1)的硅烷封端聚氧化丙烯为基料制备单组份无溶剂丁基防水嵌缝胶,粘度的可调性使其能自流平而不流挂,可用于垂直或水平的建筑结构或屋顶的密封防水。端硅烷聚醚在水气存在下可固化为柔软的橡胶状材料,但其伸长率相对较低,拉伸和剪切强度不高,目前研究主要是通过加入补强填料对其进行增强,而填料的选择对于丁基防水嵌缝胶很关键。碳酸钙成本较低,是目前使用较多的填料。经脂肪酸进行表面处理后,与树脂具有较好的相容性,可明显改善丁基防水嵌缝胶的加工性能和力学性能。研究表明,经脂肪酸处理的超细碳酸钙,不但可使体系获得良好的力学性能,还能提供触变性,使体系获得良好的流变性能。这主要是由于,处理后的碳酸钙表面的脂肪酸长碳链可与聚醚分子链形成分子间作用力和链段缠结,在丁基防水嵌缝胶中的分散效果更好;同时实验发现,当用量相同时,碳酸钙粒径越小,丁基防水嵌缝胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率越高,这是由于粒子粒径越小,比表面积越大,与聚合物接触的表面积越多,补强点增加。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
