以3一异氰酸醋基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MSN)和二乙二醇合成了含有醚键的硅烷偶联剂,并以此制备的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有良好的透光性。用作建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶使用时,外观上具有良好的通透性,能够使建筑在视觉上满足美观的需求。
制备的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,通过改变配制过程中所用无机填料的型号来改善硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的透明性,助剂与密封胶体系的相容性等匹配。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的透明性由填料疏水性气相二氧化硅表现,所得密封胶具有较高透明度。
