为探究MS密封胶应用于建筑幕墙和门窗是否具有25年的使用寿命和服役25年老化后的状况，本文对实际项目开展调研，调研了国内部分代表性城市服役25年左右的幕墙或门窗工程共60余个，并对实际项目中MS密封胶产品的性能变化和出现的不良问题进行了探讨和分析。调研结果表明:质量优异的MS密封胶，在实际工程中使用25年左右仍然能保持良好的性能;优质的MS密封胶材料可以达到25年甚至超过25年的使用寿命。

国内幕墙行业经历三十多年发展，MS密封胶已成为必不可少的粘结密封材料。在自然气候环境中承受各种大气因素如光、热、氧、水气等的综合作用影响下，MS密封胶的耐久性能决定了其使用寿命，而MS密封胶产品的使用寿命也影响着建筑的整体使用状态及建筑使用周期的维护成本。作为衡量MS密封胶质量的一项非常重要的指标，MS密封胶的耐久性能和使用寿命在建筑的全生命周期设计中尤为重要。就建筑幕墙而言，根据GB 50068-2001《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》的有关规定，建筑物玻璃幕墙的设计使用年限一般为25年。另一方面，根据GB/T 50362-2005《住宅性能评定技术标准》}s}的有关规定，门窗的设计使用年限一般不低于20年、25年和30年。显然，硅酮结构MS密封胶、硅酮耐候MS密封胶和门窗用MS密封胶的产品使用寿命能达到25年才能与建筑门窗、幕墙的设计使用年限对标，为建筑幕墙和门窗提供全生命周期的安全保障。

为了解应用于建筑幕墙的硅酮结构MS密封胶、硅酮耐候MS密封胶和应用于建筑门窗的门窗用MS密封胶是否具有25年的使用寿命，探究MS密封胶材料能否具有25年的耐老化年限，近年来我司深入细致地开展既有幕墙回访工作，在广州、深圳、北京、上海、沈阳、重庆、杭州等地选取60余个已服役25年左右且具有代表性的既有幕墙、门窗项目进行MS密封胶检测与项目整体应用调查，并根据这些项目实地调研获取的大量的MS密封胶材料实际应用情况，进行调研结果的归纳、分类，并对MS密封胶表现的差异进行了相应探讨和分析。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
