传统MS密封胶装胶方式采用将MS密封胶装胶桶固定，MS密封胶装胶压盘和MS密封胶装胶管随着桶内胶量增加而上升的MS密封胶装胶方式。如图所示，橡胶软管一端与胶泵出胶口连接，另一端与MS密封胶装胶金属压盘连接，胶泵进口与制胶机连接。MS密封胶装胶压盘上装有适当重量的配重物，压盘与MS密封胶装胶桶壁之间留有2-3mm供上下活动与排气用的间隙。MS密封胶装胶开始时，将MS密封胶装胶压盘放于空桶内，启动胶泵，MS密封胶就从制胶机通过橡胶软管进人MS密封胶装胶桶。随着桶内胶量的增加，压盘缓慢上升，至预定位置(桶满)时关闭胶泵。再由人工抬起压盘和软管，刮平桶内胶面后封桶盖。如此，一个MS密封胶装胶循环完成。

在压盘上升的整个过程中，理论上进胶压力等于压盘与其上配重物的总重量，近似于一个常量。由于胶泵出胶速度与制胶机内剩余胶量等因素有关，是个随时变化的量，为了保持压盘下进胶压力基本不变，压盘上升速度会随着胶泵出胶速度的改变而改变，从而保证整个MS密封胶装胶过程MS密封胶既不会从压盘与大桶的间隙溢出，又不会从该间隙进人空气。在生产实践中，发现传统MS密封胶装胶方式存在如下缺陷:

a.MS密封胶装胶过程中，由于橡胶软管内一直充满温度高达100℃以上的MS密封胶，并且MS密封胶装胶时软管需反复弯折，使用一段时间后软管就会老化开裂，需经常更换橡胶软管，既费时又费力，而废管内存有大量的MS密封胶无法取出，造成浪费;

b.整个MS密封胶装胶过程需由多人配合完成，劳动量大，且无法实现自动MS密封胶装胶;

c.MS密封胶装胶速度慢、工作效率低，不适合连续生产;

d.在MS密封胶装胶过程中，由于大桶放在台秤上称重，人工关胶泵操作的差异性较大(每桶的MS密封胶装胶误差大于lkg)。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
