       双重改性CAT-C10-CFG单组分聚氨酯密封胶的降解曲线较为平缓,介于CAT-CFG与C10-CFG单组分聚氨酯密封胶之间,6h降解了大半(残存41.3%)12 h基本降解完全。综上所述,饱和脂肪链改性对生物降解的影响要远大于儿茶酚基团改性。水凝胶细胞毒性评价:组织单组分聚氨酯密封胶作为可植入医用料,生物安全性要求高。本文采用浸提法评价了单组分聚氨酯密封胶的细胞毒性,检测使用CCK-8试剂。如所示,所有单组分聚氨酯密封胶组的细胞存活率都超过了95%,这表明研发的组织单组分聚氨酯密封胶具备优异的生物相容性。如Fig.9(b)所示,通过细胞染色观察发现细胞轮廓完整,皆为梭形,与控制组的L-929细胞未见区别。这些数据表明该单组分聚氨酯密封胶具有实际临床应用的潜力。

       本文以CFG为基材,通过定量修饰C10及CAT基团制备了3种改性明胶,与四臂聚乙二醇活性酷交联,构建了在湿润条件下具有良好伸缩能力和优异茹附性能的组织单组分聚氨酯密封胶。结果表明,双重改性CAT-C10-CFG单组分聚氨酯密封胶的各项性能优异,具有成胶时间短、力学顺应性良好且力学强度高、组织堵漏效果明显、降解周期稳定、生物安全性高等优点,在术后肺漏气的堵漏治疗等医疗领域具有潜在的应用前景。根据单组分聚氨酯密封胶的特性,针对单组分聚氨酯密封胶传统装胶系统的缺陷,通过对大捅下降式装胶过程进行力学分析,给出装胶过程的控制算法,采用PLC和电液比例控制方法设计大桶下降式自动装胶系统,实现了装胶过程的自动化。

       单组分聚氨酯密封胶是一种高强度、高模量,由室温湿气固化的粘合剂,具有高固含量、弹性好、粘接性好、固化过程和固化后不会产生任何有害物质以及对基材无污染等优点,广泛应用于汽车、船舶、机械、电子、工业管道、军工、建筑及市政工程等领域。单组分聚氨酯密封胶在常温及生产过程中呈高粘度的软膏状,流动性差、粘度大,按工艺要求灌装到包装大桶中难度很大。多年来,业内所采用的传统装胶方式大部分工作靠手工完成,装胶效率低、劳动强度大、精度低,没有实现自动化生产。

       基于PLC并采用电液比例控制方法,首次采用大桶下降式装胶方式,设计了单组分聚氨酯密封胶自动装胶控制系统,解决了单组分聚氨酯密封胶装胶过程的控制难点,实现了装胶过程的自动化。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
