       硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的制备如所示,设计了3种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,分别是疏水改性的C10CFG、儿茶酚改性的CAT-CFG以及双重改性的CAT-C10-CFGoC10-CFG和CAT-CFG的合成:以200mL水/乙醇(体积比7:3)为溶剂,将30gCFG在600C充分溶解,待降温至500C后添加132.2L的C10或96.9mg的3,4一二轻基苯甲醛CCAT)反应1h,然后向混合溶液中加入醛摩尔量1.5倍的2一甲基毗咤-N一甲硼烷,充分反应17h。最后使用冰乙醇析出结晶,用乙醇清洗3}5次,真空干燥得到白色粉末。CAT-CIO-CFG的合成:对合成得到的C10-CFG进一步改性,将15gC10-CFG固体在600C充分溶解,待降温至500C后添加48.5mgCAT反应1h,然后向混合溶液中加入醛物质的量1.5倍的2-甲基毗咤-N一甲硼烷,充分反应17h。最后使用冰乙醇析出结晶,用乙醇清洗3-5次,真空干燥得到白色粉末。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的取代度测定C10-CFG取代度测定:分别称取50mgCFG和C10-CFG溶于体积分数50%DMSO/H=O溶液中,配制成0.01g/mL的样品溶液,用TNBS法测定C10基团的取代度。CAT-CFG及CAT-C10-CFG取代度测定:分别称量50mgCATCFGCAT-CFG和CAT-C10-CFG溶于体积分数50%DMSO/H=O溶液中,配制成0.01g/mL的样品溶液。其中将CAT标准溶液配制成一系列浓度梯度的标准溶液,通过紫外分光光度计制备标准曲线。由硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与未硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶两者的差值可以得到对应浓度CAT-CFG或CAT-C10-CFG溶液所含CAT基团的浓度。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的实际取代度式中:MGnr—CAT基团的相对分子质量;CGFG—TNBS法定量出的明胶所含伯胺官能团的浓度。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的制备用pH=9.4的硼酸缓冲液溶解明胶粉末,配成浓度0.2留mL的明胶液。另用pH=8.4的硼酸缓冲液溶解4arm-PEG-NHS,配成0.15g/mL和0.2g/mL的交联剂溶液。按溶液体积比1:1混合明胶溶液和交联剂溶液,放入370C恒温培养箱中15min充分交联得到硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能测试与结构表征硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶成胶时间测定:按溶液体积比1:1混合上述明胶溶液(C0.2g/mLpH=9.4)和交联剂溶<0.15g/mL或0.2g/mLpH=8.4,以涡旋液体不流动为标准测定成胶时间。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶溶胀性能测定:将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶浸泡在超纯水中脱盐2d,然后冻干称量(mo)。将冻干的样品完全入370C的磷酸缓冲液中(PBSpH=7.4,分别在对应的时间点取出样品并除去表面多余的水分,然后立即测量含水硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶样品的质量(m,)并记录。溶胀率(Swellingratio,SR)根据式(2)计算硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶拉伸性能测试:将含25mg/mL甲基蓝的交联剂溶液(C0.2g/mLpH=8.4与明胶溶液(C0.2g/mLpH=9.4混合,注入硅胶模具(长25mm、宽10mm、厚1mm)中,固化后小剥离,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的初始长度记为LCL=25mm)。匀速拉伸橡胶薄膜,使用摄像机记录硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶脱落或破裂时的最大拉伸长度压缩性能测试:精确吸取明胶溶液与4arm-PEG-NHS溶液各500}L转移至2.5mL注射器中混匀(总体积1mL),固化后取出(直径=9mm、高度=10mm)。将样品放置在万能试验机上带有圆形金属板的传感器之间,以5mm/min的速度将样品压缩80%,记录数据并绘制应力一应变曲线以分析其压缩胜能。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
