最大动态载荷应力应变工况下的结果如下:

       (1)动态载荷的承载极限:MS密封胶1的拉伸强度为3.4MPa,断裂伸长率为263%。而计算得到的MS密封胶1粘接方案的应力最小的安全系数为3.6,应变最小的安全系数为9.9。

       (2)剪切疲劳载荷极限:MS密封胶1的剪切疲劳强度为0.09MPa,计算得到的MS密封胶1粘接方案的疲劳应力最小的安全系数为1.1,接头可能存在风险,但是考虑到疲劳测试的试验值因为测量数据量小而导致95%置信区间的疲劳强度特征值的数值明显过于偏小,因此需要做进一步的判断来判定MS密封胶1粘接方案的粘接接头是否安全。而疲劳载荷循环次数为10'的MS密封胶1疲劳强度实际测量值为0.17MPa,安全系数为2.1,该安全系数表明尚有一定的安全裕度,因此综合判断疲劳载荷工况下MS密封胶1粘接方案的粘接接头基本安全,但留有的安全裕度不大。

       综上,在公差规定的厚度上限14mm和下限8mm,对于静态载荷工况、动态载荷工况、疲劳载荷工况和温差导致的热载荷与最大动态载荷工况叠加几类载荷工况仿真计算结果表明,该粘接接头在所有设计考虑的工况条件下,最小的安全系数为1.20因该有限元模型对于这些动态载荷仿真的精度较高,同时计算过程又将静态载荷、动态载荷、疲劳载荷、温差等最严苛的工况直接进行叠加,计算偏于保守,1.2的安全系数足够。经过上述计算,说明各类载荷均小于承载极限,该粘接接头设计是安全的。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
