通过细节对比，我们可以发现一个趋势:随着流量的增大，两款硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴喷涂出的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶宽在增大的同时，表面的波纹由于愈发致密，而呈现出淡化的趋势。造成这一现象的原因很有可能是流量增大同时，其喷涂压力也会相应地增大，最终使喷涂在板材上的胶层均匀致密，从而使得波纹效果的淡化。不过流量设定太大，也会导致胶过宽，胶边缘溢出板材边沿等产生外露可见的风险，因此需要把握一定的平衡。

根据此现象，后续在程度调试过程中，在保证不外露可见和均匀一致性的前提下，尽可能使用较大的喷涂流量，以保证其良好的外观。

4)在不会导致胶外露可见或者干涉为前提时，喷涂流量可以设定相对较大一些，既可以保证良好的外观效果，也能够减少焊缝密封不良的风险;

5)缩短硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴与饭材喷涂面的距离可以有效地优化和改善外观质量，但需要考虑到装焊折边状态和装焊胶溢出情况等，防止由于喷涂距离过近而造成硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴的剐蹭和碰撞。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
