       通过细节对比,我们可以发现一个趋势:随着流量的增大,两款硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴喷涂出的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶宽在增大的同时,表面的波纹由于愈发致密,而呈现出淡化的趋势。造成这一现象的原因很有可能是流量增大同时,其喷涂压力也会相应地增大,最终使喷涂在板材上的胶层均匀致密,从而使得波纹效果的淡化。不过流量设定太大,也会导致胶过宽,胶边缘溢出板材边沿等产生外露可见的风险,因此需要把握一定的平衡。

       根据此现象,后续在程度调试过程中,在保证不外露可见和均匀一致性的前提下,尽可能使用较大的喷涂流量,以保证其良好的外观。

       细密封喷涂机器人的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴由于其喷涂方式的特殊性,其喷涂枪距相比于传统的3D硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶更近,而枪距的大小也会影响到PV C喷涂到饭材上的冲击力,进而影响最终呈现的形态外观。在此我们分别对两款硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴设定了5 mm,8 mm和10 mm的枪距,其喷涂效果如图所示。

       从图可以看出,当喷涂距离越小时,两款硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴喷涂出的PVC表面波纹效果越淡,并且PVC形态也表现得愈发规整,外观形貌也越佳。不过对比而言,00硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴整体的表现依然优于45。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴。不过考虑到喷涂距离越小,其潜在的碰撞风险也就越大,且装焊折边偶尔会溢出一些装焊胶,距离过近很有可能会导致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴的剐蹭变形。因此在实际的程序设定过程中,应该根据现场的实际情况去平衡碰撞风险和外观质量。

       通过上述5类参数的对比测试,可以基本确定在常用参数设定范围内优化PVC表面波纹的调整方向。

       1)在设备可达性允许的前提下0。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴的喷涂效果更佳;

       2)喷涂角度应尽可能设定为900垂直喷涂,当姿态过渡变换、铰链或撑杆干涉导致无法垂直喷涂时,应尽可能控制喷涂方向呈锐角喷涂,避免钝角喷涂;

       3)当使用00硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴喷涂时,喷涂速度设定影响不大,但当使用45。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴喷涂时,整体的喷涂速度不宜过;

       4)在不会导致胶外露可见或者干涉为前提时,喷涂流量可以设定相对较大一些,既可以保证良好的外观效果,也能够减少焊缝密封不良的风险;

       5)缩短硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴与饭材喷涂面的距离可以有效地优化和改善外观质量,但需要考虑到装焊折边状态和装焊胶溢出情况等,防止由于喷涂距离过近而造成硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶枪嘴的剐蹭和碰撞。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
