丁基防水嵌缝胶的物理力学性能及其运用

丁基防水嵌缝胶是由主剂((A组分)和固化剂田组分)两部分组成，A组分为灰白色均匀膏状物，B组分为黑色均匀膏状物，施工前按A:B=100:10-100:14(体积比)的比例配合，可用固化剂使用量的多少来调节适用期的长短,B组分的变动范围在10-14之间，适用期即两组分开始拌合到胶体开始固结这段时期。

丁基防水嵌缝胶适用于金属、水工混凝土底板接缝、地下工程(如隧道、洞涵)、水库、蓄水池等构筑物的防水密封，以及公路路面、飞机跑道等伸缩缝的伸缩密封、建筑物裂缝的修补恢复密封。

闭孔泡沫板的物理力学性能及特性

(1)容重轻，伸缩强度大，不吸水(替代传统的三油四毡、沥青木杉板等材料)，产品环保，施工简便，防渗、防漏、止水效果佳。

(2)耐腐蚀、耐老化、耐高低温(+80℃-45℃) ,不流淌、不变形、不脆裂、使用寿命长。

(3)具有独立闭孔气泡结构，外观蜂窝状孔洞均匀分布，与混凝土拌合物紧密结合融为一体，且能随混凝土膨胀收缩变化而变化，从而增强膨胀止水效果。

丁基防水嵌缝胶与闭孔泡沫板伸缩缝施工工法

(1)先进行伸缩缝一侧混凝土浇筑。浇筑前先将橡胶止水固定于设计位置，按设计尺寸后退lcm立模，并保证模板的刚度、强度、稳定性要求，混凝土浇筑时伸缩缝附近应保证振捣密实但避免过振，并保证橡胶止水带在浇注过程中偏移不超过规范规定。

(2)混凝土初凝后拆除伸缩缝处模板，并及时将预先加工好的闭孔泡沫板用适当长度的钢钉钉在伸缩缝混凝土侧面，并在闭孔泡沫板顶部预留3 cm高度，再将3 cm高的闭孔泡沫板条自上而下用钉子定于下部闭孔泡沫板上(为丁基防水嵌缝胶充填预留位置)，随后进行另一侧混凝土浇筑。

(3)混凝土达到一定的强度后，剔除预留的3 cm高闭孔泡沫板条，将预留缝清理干净，并将整条伸缩缝两侧打墨线，两墨线间距可略超伸缩缝宽度，并沿墨线外封贴宽胶带(以上做法可使伸缩缝顺直美观)。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
