底涂使用过程中,基面的特性决定了底涂的基本类别,但还需考虑其他各方面的因素与条件,力求选用最合适的底涂。
分类
目前在工程中应用比较广泛的底涂为反应型底涂,其中最常见的是界面处理剂类、高渗透基面加强类、环氧类。这三类底涂的主要特性见表。
三类底涂在不同类型基体上应用的选择试验
从上述三类底涂中各选一种代表性的产品,并在不同类型的基体上施工,最后检测其性能并评价适性。
材料:界面处理剂类(国外某公司的primer-A );高渗透基面加强类(国内某公司的primer-B );环氧类(国内某公司的primer-C )。丁基防水嵌缝胶(某国内知名品牌单组分聚氨醋丁基防水嵌缝胶PI某国外知名品牌单组分聚氨酉旨丁基防水嵌缝胶S)。
将以上三种底涂分别涂刷在密实坚固、多孔坚固、密实疏松型的水泥条上(12 mmx 12 mmx70 mm )底涂固化后分别用单组分聚氨醋丁基防水嵌缝胶P和单组分聚氨酌丁基防水嵌缝胶S制作成粘l2mmx12mmx50 mm ),进行浸水定伸粘结测试和冷拉热压测试。
浸水定伸枯结测试方法
浸水定伸粘结测试的过程如下:1)将制备好的试件于标准试验条件下放置28 d;2)将试件放入(23士2)℃蒸馏水中浸泡4d,接着再将试件于标准试验条件下放置1 d;3)将试件装入拉力机夹具内,以5-6mm/mi。的拉伸速度将试件拉伸至原宽度的100%.然后用相应定位垫块插人已拉伸至规定宽度的试件中并保持24 h;4)试验结束后,用精度为0.5 mm的量具测量每个试件粘结或内聚破坏深度00冷拉热压测试过程。
冷拉热压测试方法如下:1)将制备好的试件于标准试验条件下放置28 d;2)将试件装人拉力机夹具内,拉伸和压缩速度为5"6 mm/min,拉伸压缩幅度为士25%。
第1周:第1天将试件放人(-2012)℃的低温箱内,3h后在试验机上相同温度下拉伸试件至要求宽度,并在(-2012)℃下保持拉伸状态21 h;第2天解除拉伸,将试件放入(70土2)℃的干燥箱内,3h后在试验机上相同温度下压缩试件至要求宽度,并在(7012)℃下保持拉伸状态21h;第3天解除压缩,重复第1天步骤;第4天同第2天步骤;第5-7天解除压缩,试件在不受力状态与标准试验条件下放置。
第2周:重复第1周的步骤。
试验结束后,用精度为0.5 mm的量具测量每个试件粘结或内聚破坏深度。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
