为应对车体设计轻量化应用趋势及降本需求,以版金、碳纤维复合材料(CFRP),PC/ABS,PC/PET,PC/PBT,PBT-GF30等金属、复合材料、塑料为例,针对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶基础物性及应对多材质粘接的连接强度、基材匹配性、老化(热老化、湿热老化、高低温交变、耐水性、耐低温性)等方面开展了应用研究。结果表明,选定的体系硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶除一40℃低温下针对部分塑料(PBT-GF30)粘接的基材匹配性不良外,其他基材及性能均可满足设计要求。通过引入打磨、等离子等表面处理手段,解决了PBT-GF30低温匹配不良问题,验证了一种聚氨醋体系的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶能够适应多材质粘接密封的可行性及选型思路,可以进行整车选型搭载。在汽车新四化及低碳发展的趋势下,行业对汽车轻量化提出了更高的需求。在轻量化应用的过程中,异种材料的连接存在大量的用胶需求,如结构连接、密封、减振及避免电化学腐蚀等。
汽车胶粘连接设计、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶选型开发过程中,连接强度、耐久可靠性及生产经济性都十分重要。在轻量化设计中,若对每种材料均开发针对性的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶将会给产线引人过多品类硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,造成设备、管理、试验等多方面的浪费。因此产线对开发适应多材质粘接的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶提出了迫切的需求。为了研究适应多材质粘接的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,从多材质特性、接头强度要求、服役环境、工艺要求等多方面进行分析,首先对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶体系进行选定,并选择2款该体系的牌号进行应用验证,对其多材质的粘接适用性进行评估。多材质粘接需要考虑不同材质的表面能差异、热膨胀系数引发应力对粘接的影响、粘接塑料等材质时固化温度等因素。因此,在匹配CTE差异较大的基材且需具备常温固化特性时,较低模量、较大延伸率的常温固化体系硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶成为首选。在汽车行业中,中低模量的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶应用广泛,如玻璃胶、常温固化减振胶、车身硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶等。研究表明,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有非常良好的基材适应性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
