气相二氧化硅用量对速干型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响

       结果显示,二氧化硅2吸油量小,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶挤出率大,容易发生流挂现象,且漆膜容易撕裂,补强作用差。气相二氧化硅1和气相二氧化硅3吸油量没有明显区别。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶体系中加人二氧化硅,表干时间为8min,加人气相二氧化硅3表干时间为17 min,气相二氧化硅3明显降低硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的固化时间,这可能是由于气相二氧化硅3表面的Si-OH活性高,消耗了部分甲基三乙酞氧基硅烷,从而增加了固化时间,但是由于交联剂在试验中过量,对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶固化效果无影响。加人气相二氧化硅,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的邵氏硬度为23.5A,比其他两种二氧化硅高。这是因为气相二氧化硅吸油量大,能够很好地调节硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶挤出率,防止流挂现象发生,固化后能够使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膜整体剥离。因此,气相二氧化硅对于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的补强效果最好。

       本试验将二月桂酸二丁基锡与乙烯基三丁酮脂基硅烷按一定比例复配,加人不同比例的气相二氧化硅,在室温下与a,。二轻基聚二甲基苯基硅氧烷固化制备速干型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,考察不同用量的气相二氧化硅对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响,结果如表3所列。

       结果显示,当气相二氧化硅1用量为0时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶有一定的粘接性,不易从基材卜剥离;当气相二氧化硅1用量为3%时,断裂伸长率低,补强效果差,胶膜不能从基材卜整体剥离,且硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶挤出率大,流挂现象明显。随着气相二氧化硅1用量的增大,体系挤出率逐渐减小,硬度逐渐增大,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率也逐渐增大,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膜易从基材卜剥离,但是容易撕断;当气相二氧化硅1用量为9%时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶挤出率适中为98g/min,不易发生流挂现象,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶易从基材表面整体剥离,补强作用好;当气相二氧化硅1用量为12%时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶挤出率太小,试验操作不便,无法施工。因此,该硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶体系中气相二氧化硅1用量为9%时,体系挤出率适中,操作方便,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的补强效果最好。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
