结果显示,固化反应中不加催化剂,表干时间50h,当加人二月桂酸二丁基锡时,表干时间为8 min,二月桂酸二丁基锡的加人明显加快了反应速度。当用钦酸正丁酚作为催化剂时,催化剂的少量加人使反应迅速成为蜂窝状,这是由于钦酸正丁酚直接与基础胶a,。二轻基聚二甲基苯基硅氧烷发生交联反应,反应速度快造成的;继续搅拌,蜂窝状消失,表干时间50 h ,说明少量的钦酸正丁酚在该体系中参与反应,但是不能降低反应的活化能,对反应速率几乎不起作用,图为二月桂酸二丁基锡与钦酸正丁酚分别催化的单组分聚氨酯密封胶固化后的照片。因此,二月桂酸二丁基锡作为催化剂,催干效果最好。
催化剂用量对硅橡胶性能的影响
选取不同比例的二月桂酸二丁基锡(占总配方量)与乙烯基三丁酮脂基硅烷按一定比例复配,在室温下与a,。二轻基聚二甲基苯基硅氧烷固化制备速干型单组分聚氨酯密封胶,考察不同催化剂用量对单组分聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响,结果如表所列。
结果显示,当催化剂用量为0时,单组分聚氨酯密封胶能够固化,表干时间为50 h,硬化时间68 h,反应固化时间太长。催化剂的加人能够有效降低反应活性加快反应速率,当二月桂酸二丁基锡用量为0.2%时,表干时间19min;当二月桂酸二丁基锡用量为0.4%时,表干时间8min。继续增加二月桂酸二丁基锡的量,固化反应速度太快,反应体系迅速成为蜂窝状,反应无法控制。因此,单组分聚氨酯密封胶体系中催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡用量为0.4%时,催干效果最优。
气相二氧化硅由于粒径小,比表面积高,表面吸附能力强,在硅橡胶体系中能够很好地进行分散,且具有优异的补强和增稠作用,因此硅橡胶体系中气相二氧化硅一般作为有力的补强填料。
