不等硬度双丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒密封的有限元模拟分析

       根据各部件模型的形状,采用了如下不同的网格划分方式。丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒的转角部分是分析的重点部位,需要细化网格。对转角部分进行面划分,Sweep网格控制技术。对其它部分采用Structured网格控制技术。采用Quad- Dominated四边形单元形状,单元类型为CAX4R H。这是一种4节点双线性轴对称四边形单元,采用H ybrid公式,缩减积分,能自动控制沙漏效应引起的问题。

       隔环也采用Quad- Dominated四边形单元形状,Structured划分技术,单元类型也为CAX4R。对形状变化较大的局部进行网格细化,最终网格划分情况如图所小。

       如图在40 kN的轴向推力作用下,上、下丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒均与套管内赔已接触,最大等效应力约为160.4 MPa,位置在隔环的内环部分。根据有限元分析结果,丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒刚接触套管内表面的轴向载荷约为36.3 kN,轴向位移约26.3 mm。

       丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒部分如图6所上丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒最大等效应力约为6.9MPa,下丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒最大等效应力约为5.9 MPa,位置均在丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒的转角部位,存在应力集现象。上丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒内最大等效应力较大,变形也较大。上下丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒内表面均有屈曲发生。

       如图所小,上丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒与套管内赔接触应力最大约为0.8 MPa,接触长度约10 mm。下丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒与套管内赔接触应力最大约为1.1 MPa,接触长度约15 mm。

       从丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒上的应力分布情况来看,丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒在隔环附近的转角处应力集较为严重,而丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒心与套管内赔的接触力又显不足,对环空的密封作用不够好。由此可见,采用等硬度双丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒及隔环组成的环空密封机构存在一定的设计缺陷,可以进行改进,改善应力集加强与套管内赔的接触应力。

       根据上文的分析,上下两个丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒的受力情况并不均衡。上丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒受力较大,变形较大,而下丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒受力较小,变形较小。另外,可以注意到在隔环与丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒接触的转角处存在较为严重的应力集现象。这将会是丁基防水嵌缝胶胶筒最容易发生破裂的位置。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
