       桥塞是一种在油气井开发作业,用于隔离目标地层的井下封隔工具,在国内外都有一段较长的发展历程。由于其体积小,施工灵活方便,具有不限级数压裂的施工方便性,目前被)、一泛应用于水平井分段压裂。

       单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒是桥塞用来实现环空密封的关键部件,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的密封性能,直接决定了桥塞的工作性能。无论是早期的机械可取桥塞,还是近期的可钻复合桥塞,或是最新的可溶解桥塞,常采用多单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒加单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒隔环作为桥塞的环空密封机构。如图所小,该套管内桥塞采用了两个形状和材料相同的圆柱单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒,间用隔环分离。单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒在轴向受压后会产生径向变形,在套管内赔与桥塞,心管间的环空处形成密封。双单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒组合设计能够避免因轴向长度过长,在轴向压缩时容易失稳造成扭曲的问题。如图单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒两侧通常有可在轴向压力作用下扩展的防突保护装置,可以有效防止单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒向环空挤出,并在挤出部位产生局部破裂导致密封失效的问题。

       在桥塞的坐封过程,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的压缩变形过程一般可以分为弹性变形、约束变形和稳定变形等3个阶段。

       弹性变形阶段。单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒在轴向力的压缩作用下发生轴向和径向变形,外圆面变形呈鼓状。在这一阶段,应力与应变呈线性关系,体应变为零。

       约束变形阶段。单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒外圆面局部与套管内赔接触开始,直至单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒外圆面与套管内赔完全接触。在这一阶段,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒受到了套管内赔的作用力,应力和应变失去线性关系,体应变不为零。

       稳定变形阶段。单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒在各方向上被完全限制,故在轴向力的作用下基本不再发生变形,产生弹性变形的轴向应力基本不变。在这一阶段,轴向力的增加全部转变为接角虫应力。    

       因此,对单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的密封性能分析,I要是在约束变形阶段。在这一阶段,I要研究单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与套管内赔的接触应力大小。

       如在压力下,被密封的流体透过密封端面之间,可以形成厚的流体薄膜。当流体流向膜的外边缘时,流体的静压力持续下降,直到在外边缘达到另一侧的压力。由此可见,流体静压力密封失效的机理是,流体在压力的作用下通过支撑作用迫使密封面的接触应力部分降低,甚至全部消除,最终通过密封面。因此,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒密封的条件是接触面上的最大接触应力大于高压侧的流体压力。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
