依托扩张式MS密封胶封隔器试验装置，开展扩张式MS密封胶封隔器工作性能试验测试并进行效果评价，得到扩张式MS密封胶封隔器工作性能效果评价如图所示。

由图可知，在15 MPa坐封压力下试验获得优化后扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒的锚定力为185.24 kN，仿真计算获得胶筒的锚定力为169.74 kN，误差为8.4% ,精度满足要求。优化前扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒的锚定力为154.61 kN，性能提升16.5%，工作性能提升明显，具有较好的密封效果。

本文基于国产工业仿真平台Simdroid，研究了某型号扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒在不同内压下的密封性能。得到以下结论:

1)随着坐封压力的增加，扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒的密封性能基本呈线性提高。

2)扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒工作性能的仿真分析和试验结果基本保持一致，误差在10%以内，说明建立的扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒的仿真模型具有较好的拟合效果。

3)当胶筒的凹槽宽度保持不变，随着胶筒的凹槽深度的增加，胶筒的锚定力变化不大;当胶筒的凹槽深度保持不变，随着胶筒的凹槽宽度的增加，胶筒的锚定力呈先增加而后变缓的趋势。

4)针对扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒，保持凹槽深度为1.5 mm不变，优选凹槽宽度为27 mm，可以提高扩张式MS密封胶封隔器胶筒的工作性能，以满足更加复杂的现场工况。

分析桥塞胶筒的密封原理并进行仿真模拟，研究双胶筒与套管内壁间的密封作用。分析发现:采用等硬度双胶筒及隔环时，上下两个胶筒的受力不均衡，隔环转角部位局部存在较为严重的应力集中现象，而且胶筒与套管内壁的接触力不足，对环空的密封作用不够好;采用不等硬度双胶筒，并去掉隔环，可以解决隔环转角部位局部应力集中及胶筒内表面翘曲的问题，而且在相同的轴向力作用下，可以成倍增加胶筒与套管内壁的接触应力和接触面积，大幅提高桥塞的密封可靠性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
