当封隔器下人套管内时，单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与套管之间存在间隙，不相互接触。当封隔器坐封时，单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒扩张，与套管之间产生接触，所以在进行仿真时需要在套管和单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒之间添加接触。接触类型有三种:点一点接触;点一线接触;面一面接触。根据封隔器的工作情况，单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与套管之间的接触选择面一面接触，且面-面接触的接触区域的位移、应变、应力更加平顺、准确。设置接触时，通常选择刚度较大的面作为主边界，将套管的内壁设置为主边界，将单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒扩张段设置为从边界，根据工作时的受力状况，将单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒扩张段与套管之间的接触设置为库仑摩擦，摩擦因数为0.2 ,接触施加情况如图s所示。

将简化后的模型进行网格划分。由于套管不是主要的研究对象，所以套管使用粗网格，最大网格尺寸为3.5 mm，单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒使用加密网格，最大网格尺寸为1 mm，单元类型选择，网格划分结果如图所示。

扩张式封隔器实现对油套环空的密封作用主要依靠封隔器单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒膨胀后与套管内壁接触产生的接触应力，所以接触应力可以作为评价封隔器单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒密封性能的一个技术指标。设置套管的内径为125 mm，胶筒外径为110 mm，分析3,5,9,12,15 MPa内压下封隔器单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的密封性能。不同内压条件下对单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒接触应力的影响如图7一12所示。

由图可以看出.在不同内压下单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的最大变形整体呈现基本不变的情况，这是因为单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒前期的变形主要是在内部压力的作用下，单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒从扩张段的中部开始膨胀，当扩张段中部与套管内壁接触之后，变形从扩张段中部开始向两端延申，直至扩张段与套管内壁完全接触，此时单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的变形主要为橡胶材料的压缩变形，所以此时单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的最大变形量基本保持不变。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
