       硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒侧面倾角氏对密封性能的影响,选择硬度为70 IRHD,端面倾角为45。的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进行仿真分析。分别对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒侧面倾角选取00,50,70、100,120和150,在施加载荷15 MPa时对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与管道内壁的最大接触应力和接触距离进行分析计算,结果如图所示。从图中可以看出,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的最大接触应力随着硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒侧面倾角的增大先是有所减小,而后在侧面倾角为120时又有所增大,然后随着侧面倾角的增大又有所减小。对于不同轴向载荷,最大接触应力对不同的侧面倾角趋势大致相同。密封硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的接触距离在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒侧面倾角为120 ,150时大致相当,在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒侧面倾角为,100时大致相当。

       选择硬度为80 IRHD,侧面倾角为12。的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进行分析计算,分别对端面倾角A,选取00,100,200,300,450和600,在施加载荷从2 MPa到10 MPa时,对计算结果进行分析,可以得出不同倾角在不同载荷下的最大接触应力和接触距离,如表1、表2所示。从表中可以看出,当端面倾角大于45。时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的接触应力和接触距离都有降低的趋势,不利于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒密封性能的提高。又考虑到硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒端面倾角较小时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒密封时的肩突现象较为明显。防突结构对密封性能的影响取硬度为80 IRHD,侧面倾角为120,端面倾角为450,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒高度为80 mm的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进行分析计算。分别对有防突结构和无防突结构的密封硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒施加载荷2一18 MPa,对计算结果进行分析,得出最大接触应力曲线和接触距离曲线。从图5中可以看出,有防突结构的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒对于轴向压缩距地变化更为敏感,能够快速对轴向的输出做出反应。在相同的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒轴向压缩距下,有防突结构的接触距离明显大于无防突结构的接触距离。并且有防突结构时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒能够在较小的压缩距下达到最大接触距离。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
