       有限元模型建立单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的结构示意图如图所示。为了便于建模仿真和研究分析,有限元分析时,对密封材料的特性及边界约束条件进行如下假设:(1)在压力不大时,近似认为单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的橡胶材料为各向同性材料,在变形过程中体积是不可压缩的;(2)单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒和管道内壁及其接触边界区域按轴对称问题解决;(3)中心管、上下挡块和管道的硬度比橡胶硬度高34个数量级,因此不考虑其变形情况,即将上下挡块、中心管和管道均视为刚体。有限元模型中全部采用4节点单元,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒采用CAX4RH,其余采用CAX4R。上挡块与中心管间摩擦系数取0.15,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与其他弹性零件摩擦系数取0.6,建立的二维单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒模型如图2(b)所示。单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒由中心管、管壁和上下挡块固定,在仿真分析时,将中心管和管壁采用轴向固定,下挡块采用底部固定,上挡块上施加位移或载荷。结构参数对单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒密封性能的影响单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒高度对密封性能的影响取单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒高度为70,75,80,85,90,95和100,分别对不同高度的单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒施加15MPa的载荷,计算分析单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与管道内壁的最大接触应力以及接触距离。结果如图3所示。从图可以看出,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的轴向高度对单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与管道内壁的接触应力影响较小。对接触距离曲线进行分析可以看出,单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与管道内壁接触距离与载荷和胶筒的轴向高度呈现正相关的关系,即随着它们的增大而增加。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
