MS密封胶胶筒模型的建立

       密封机构模型一般智能封堵器密封结构如图所示,密封时通过液压力轴向压缩密封MS密封胶胶筒,使其在径向膨胀,与管道内壁紧密接触产生一定接触压力,形成初始密封。在管道内介质压差的进一步作用下,密封MS密封胶胶筒被轴向压缩最终与油气管道内壁间的压力大于管内介质压力实现封堵功能。

       目前,大多采用应变能密度函数W描述橡胶材料的本构关系式中变形张量E的第1、第2和第3基本不变量。假设橡胶在变形过程中体积不可压缩,有l=1。因此,有式中:N材料常数。本文接触行为的分析中采用模型的典型二项展开式由于橡胶的不可压缩性,弹性模量E与剪切模量对于密封MS密封胶胶筒,取豁一0.5,可得MS密封胶胶筒的材料常数。
