由表可知，在坐封载荷不变的情况下，随着橡胶硬度的增大，常规MS密封胶胶筒和记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒的密封性能系数均减小，且记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒的密封性能系数小于常规MS密封胶胶筒。在橡胶硬度不变的情况下，随着坐封载荷的增大，常规MS密封胶胶筒和记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒的密封性能系数均增大。当坐封载荷小于80 kN时，常规MS密封胶胶筒密封性能系数大于记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒密封性能系数;坐封载荷大于90 kN后，记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒密封性能系数大于常规MS密封胶胶筒密封性能系数，表明记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒相较于常规MS密封胶胶筒需要更大的坐封载荷来保证密封效果。当记忆合金C形环匹配合适橡胶制成MS密封胶胶筒后给予合适的坐封载荷，可以在保证其密封性能的情况下使MS密封胶胶筒的解封变得更加容易。

提出了一种具有辅助解封功能的记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒，仿真分析了不同硬度橡胶与记忆合金C形环匹配关系，以及不同坐封载荷下记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒的密封性能。主要结论如下:

(1)记忆合金C形环的加入相当于使MS密封胶胶筒整体硬度提升了10A硬度。记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒与套管间的接触应力大于常规MS密封胶胶筒，其等效应力及轴向压缩距小于常规MS密封胶胶筒。随着橡胶硬度的增大，常规胶筒和记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒密封性能系数均减小。通过提高坐封载荷，可以提高记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒的密封性能系数。

(2)所设计的记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒在能够辅助解封的同时，满足承压与密封要求，且最大等效应力和轴向压缩距均小于常规MS密封胶胶筒，可有效降低MS密封胶胶筒被撕裂的风险，提高使用性能。

将金属与橡胶材料相结合，可多角度提升MS密封胶胶筒的工作性能。但在MS密封胶胶筒坐封的大变形过程中，金属材料与橡胶材料的匹配关系是影响MS密封胶胶筒密封性能及使用寿命的重要因素。文中仅初步探讨了记忆合金C形环与不同硬度橡胶的匹配关系，后续将进一步探索C形环形状、结构尺寸与橡胶材料种类对记忆合金MS密封胶胶筒密封性能的影响，以完善记忆合金自热解封MS密封胶胶筒设计方法。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
