测试MS密封胶试样的基础性能情况,以此评估试样的可用性,测试结果如表1所示。由表可知,对比不同MS密封胶试样,可以看出MS密封胶的表干时间最短,而SRMS密封胶的表干时间最长,通常情况下,MS密封胶的表干时间越短越好,因为这意味着胶水能够更快地形成强固的粘接。同时,在3种MS密封胶中,MS密封胶的环保性、耐候性以及弹性等指标均保持较高水平,而其他2组试样针对部分指标性能较弱,可见,MS密封胶基础性能更好。
耐侵蚀性分析
对浸泡后的每组试样进行性能测试,分析每组试样在浸泡完成7d后的表观变化情况,以此验证试样的耐侵蚀性,测试结果如表所示。
由表可知,当3种试样经过无水乙醇浸泡后,在7d内并未发生表观变化问题,说明3种MS密封胶均能够抵抗无水乙醇的侵蚀,而采用90#汽油浸泡时,SR试样、MS密封胶试样表观并未发生变化,但PU试样表面出现轻微膨胀,导致表观变形,当使用10%NaCI溶液浸泡时,SR试样、PU试样均出现了变色,仅MS密封胶在7d内仍然保持良好的质量;同时,采用其他溶液浸泡后,MS密封胶试样表观均未出现严重变化,由此可以看出,MS密封胶的耐侵蚀性能更强,可以抵御更恶劣的外部环境侵蚀。
测试3组试样在不同浸水时间下的粘接性能变化,测试结果如表所示。由表可知,当不同试样经过长时间的浸水试验后,其自身的粘接性能均有所减弱,当每种试样进行4d的浸水测试时,拉伸强度最高的试样为MS密封胶密封胶,其拉伸强度达到0.53 MPa,而其他2组试样均保持在0.35一0.45 MPa之间,当浸水时间达到54 d后,每组试样的拉伸强度均产生明显下降,其中,MS密封胶的拉伸强度下降最大;在3组试样中,MPSU密封胶的断裂伸长率始终保持最高水平,说明该组试样的抗浸水能力较强,同时,随着浸水时间的增加,MS密封胶的粘接破坏面积也并未出现严重增大,为此,MS密封胶的防水性更强。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
