       当剪切位移大于丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层厚度时随着荷载增加其丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层端部开始出现微小裂裂纹尺寸逐渐扩大且数量增直至这些裂纹相互连接并形成贯穿性的破坏纹多最终导致试失效。试件剪切模量在实际情况下,基材的变形将引起丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层剪切变形,如图所示,胶接界面剪切应力呈现非均匀分布特征,尤其在胶接区末端因应变集中效应显著,导致局部应力峰值的产生。为简化分析,密封胶胶接面单位面积上的平均剪切应力于(l)表示,简化变形模型如图所示。式中F是试验机对试件施加的荷载,kN;S是密封胶与石块的粘结面积,mmZ;D是丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层宽度,mm;2L是丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层长度,mm;n是单侧丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层数量个。丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层平均剪切应变y为式中:0u是在力F的作用下胶的剪切变形量是丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层厚度,mm丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层的剪切模量G可按式(3)进行计算:丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层由多种材料复合构成,属于非线性材料范畴。鉴于其模量并非固定值,行业内通常采用模量与应变这两个参数共同描述其性能。根据《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶与刚性板剪切模量和粘合强度的测定四板剪切法》(GB/T12830-2008)11.1规定,对应变为25%时的剪切模量进行分析,计算结果汇总于表20整理得到两种胶在应变为25%时剪切模量为0.395MPa和0.425MPa。剪切强度按破坏荷载除以粘结面积而得,根据试验结果分析得知,丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层厚度越小,其剪切强度越大。这是因为当采用相同丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层时,丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层越厚,胶接处应力集中系数越小,丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层内部的缺陷呈指数关系迅速增加。此外,丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层越厚,因丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层固化收缩而产生的收缩应力也越大,从而强度降低。在相同应变条件下,丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层的剪切应力随丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层厚度增加呈下降趋势。试验数据显示,当丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层厚度由5mm增至9mm时,应变为25%时的剪切应力降低7%;而丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层宽度减小则会反向引起剪切应力增大。整理得到两种丁基防水嵌缝胶胶层在25%应变条件下的剪切模量分别为0.395MPa和0.425MPa。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
