为研究硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能,选用性能稳定的石材为基材,表面选取机切面,根据《非结构承载用石材硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》(JC/T989-2016),选用“凸”型试件形式,制作试块的石块宽度x长度x厚度为75mmx75mmx25mmo3个石材试块通过硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶进行粘结,两侧粘结面积相同,试件示意图如图所示。采用具有25级商用位移能力的2种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,厂家按《石材用建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》(GB/T23261-2009)和《硅酮和改性硅酮建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》(GB/T14683-2017)进行弹性模量试验,得到两种胶在23℃养护28d时弹性模量分别为0.500MPa(试件编号为J1)和1.041MPa(试件编号为J2)。粘结3个石材试块时,设计了胶层长度x胶层厚度为45mmx5~、45mmx7mm和45mmx9mm3种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的截面尺寸。试件具体参数见表1。在超低能耗建筑中,如果胶缝尺寸或宽厚比超出适宜范围,会显著增加硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶固化时长。为进一步分析胶层宽度对密封胶剪切性能的影响,将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶层宽度设为75mm和10mm。
试验采用的两种不同弹性模量硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的试验现象较为相似且胶层厚度对试验现象影响较小。随着硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶宽度的增加,试件中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的破坏情况逐渐从胶接界面破坏转变为胶层剪切破坏。试件的典型破坏现象如图2所示。从可见,试件J1-10-7在加载过程中出现胶接界面破坏,开裂位置均发生在端部,原因是端部效应造成界面起裂位置在胶接的末端,随着荷载增加,试件胶接界面完全分离。从图2(b)中可见,试件J1-75-7在加载过程中发生胶层剪切破坏,原因是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶内聚破坏,其自身失效,反映了胶层宽度减小后硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶抵抗劈裂或断裂的能力不足。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
