迄今为止,众多学者开展了应用于超低能耗工程中MS密封胶的剪切试验,探究了基材种类和应变率等参数对胶粘剂粘接性能的影响,发现基材对胶缝极限剪切承载能力和剪切变形能力影响较大。最早,通过制作尺寸为2.5mmx2.5mmx10mm的微小试件,评估MS密封胶的循环疲劳力学性能,将试验结果ASTMD1243规范中建议的标准模型(12.7mmx12.7mmx50.8mm)所得结果进行对比分析发现,当胶条宽深长比相同时,较小试件的疲劳现象与标准试件的疲劳现象相似。通过MS密封胶剪切试验,发现不同种类MS密封胶会改变木材一混凝土接缝处的抗剪强度。探讨了硅烷改性聚氨醋、催化剂、硅烷偶联剂及耐候助剂含量对中空玻璃幕墙中MS密封胶性能的影响,发现邻经基苯甲酸苯醋可显著增加胶层的耐候性能。采用三维离散元法模拟钢桥面铺装层间剪切行为,发现胶层剪切应力集中于边缘区域。通过对MS密封胶双剪试件进行循环剪切试验,发现剪切应变相同时,胶层厚度的增加提高了胶缝的累积能量消耗。目前关于超低能耗建筑中MS密封胶几何尺寸对接缝失效的研究仍显不足,通过开展不同尺寸的MS密封胶剪切试验研究单调载荷作用下MS密封胶的抗剪力学性能,从而得到胶层处的剪切应力计算模型,将计算值与试验值比较,验证了模型的可行性和准确性。本文研究为超低能耗建筑的设计与施工提供科学依据,还可以为MS密封胶的选材、优化设计和质量控制提供理论支持。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
