       在紫外光一热一水一机械应力的祸合作用下,研究表明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸粘结强度和拉伸伸长率在老化初期会出现上下波动,老化后期逐渐减小,拉伸模量在老化初期先降低,老化后期逐渐增大。另外通过不同交联密度硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的老化试验,得出硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的交联密度过低对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐久性能有不利影响,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶只有在适宜的交联密度下才能具备良好的耐久性能。

       硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶主要化学成分为端轻基二甲基聚硅氧烷在热老化作用下,程买增等〔侧指出,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的老化过程主要有两种:①有机侧基的氧化分解,造成过度交联,使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶变硬、变脆;②聚硅氧烷的主链断裂,生成低分子环状聚硅氧烷和直链低聚物,使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶变软、发粘。具体化学反应式见图。在无氧条件下,主要发生主链断裂反应,导致拉伸粘结强度下降、拉伸伸长率增加、硬度下降。在有氧条件下,主要发生侧基氧化继而引起交联反应,导致拉伸粘结强度先增加后降低,拉伸伸长率降低,硬度增加。指出在热老化初期,热量会促进胶体的交联反应,老化后期主要发生分子降解,因而表现为拉伸粘结强度先增加后降低。

       在机械应力的作用下,指出硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的分子结构会被破坏,引起大分子链的断裂,产生游离基,它与空气中的氧可发生氧化反应。机械应力作用强度的大小会影响生成游离基的浓度,直接影响到氧化反应的速度。其他机械应力条件,如温度、振幅、频率等的不同,也会影响氧化反应的度。

       在紫外光的作用下,指出,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶交联固化后形成的聚硅氧烷网状结构,其中的硅氧键具有高的离解能,可能发生的是硅碳键在紫外光的照射下,甲基氧化断键,产生硅烷醇结构。但硅碳键同样具有较高的离解能,因而硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有较其他密封材料更为突出的耐光老化性能。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
