人工加速老化试验是研究MS密封胶耐久性能的一般方法,通过在实验室中模拟服役条件,促进MS密封胶老化,从而研究胶体老化行为二研究指出,热、水、紫外光、机械应力和它们的招合作用是导致MS密封胶老化的主要因素。据此,国内外学者开展了人工加速老化试验,根据所考虑的环境因素不同进行分类总结。
单因素加速老化试验
随机选取了8种MS密封胶进行热老化试验,研究了MS密封胶的拉伸粘结强度、拉伸伸长率等力学性能随老化时问的变化规律。对不同交联密度的MS密封胶进行热老化试验,分析MS密封胶力学性能变化规律及交联密度对耐久性能的影响。也对聚氨醋密封胶和MS密封胶进行了热老化试验。以上研究的具体试验条件见表。
研制了一种新型紧凑型自动机械应力老化装置,分别测试了固化和部分固化胶体,采用了两种不同的循环程序来评估密封胶的机械应力老化性能。对MS密封胶进行了剪切应力老化试验。对MS密封胶进行了拉压应力老化试验。对多种MS密封胶进行了拉压应力老化试验,同时采用了不同温度和湿度的组合工况,试验所采用的循环方式按照ASTM C719-14E",机械应力、温度和湿度同时循环变化。以上研究的具体试验条件见表。
选用了单、双组分共4个样品的MS密封胶以及3种类型的幕墙用铝型材(4种表面处理方式),以铝型材和MS密封胶的i800剥离破坏面积和剥离粘结强度为性能评估指标,分别考察了热一水浸作用对MS密封胶长期粘结性的影响。采用水浸方法,研究了不同交联密度的MS密封胶的力学性能变化规律。
