       为45 d浸水后的定伸豁结性测试结果。由可知,在进行长期浸水试验时,4(SN-2,SN-5,G-8,G-11)组样品在浸泡介质为去离子水的长期浸水试验中,有1组样品经历了粘结破坏,而另1组则表现为内聚破坏。相对地,在更具侵蚀性的碱性水、酸性水与盐水介质中,破坏情况更为严重,其中3组样品出现了粘结破坏,1组样品发生了内聚破坏。未涂覆底涂料的双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶样品在碱性水、酸性水与盐水介质中无一例外地出现了破坏,且所有的破坏均以粘结破坏的形式呈现。这些结果表明,与去离子水相比,碱性水、酸性水与盐水介质对双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘结性能产生了更为显著的负面影响。由此可知,浸泡介质中的氯离子、氢离子以及氢氧根离子均会加速双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的退化过程,尤其是在缺少底涂料保护的情况下,这种影响更为突出。

       (1)双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在浸水条件下,会受到浸泡时间、浸泡介质等因素的影响,从而导致其力学性能发生变化,这些变化极大可能会影响双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐久性和整体防水性。因此,深入研究其在水利工程中的长期浸水耐久性显得尤为重要。研究主要根据双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试件的破坏类型来评估双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的长期浸水耐久性。实验结果表明,随着浸泡时间的增加,双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的水下粘接效果会逐渐降低,破坏类型由无破坏和轻微内聚破坏转变为了粘接破坏。

       (2)拉伸粘结性测试中,水泥砂浆基材的试件性能始终优于钢板基材。在定伸粘结性测试中,水泥砂浆基材的试件均未出现破坏,而钢板基材的试件则普遍发生了粘结破坏。

       (3)底涂对性能的具体影响结果未涂覆底涂料的双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶样品在碱性水、酸性水与盐水介质中无一例外地出现了破坏,且所有的破坏均以粘结破坏的形式呈现。研究结果强调了底涂料在提高密封胶性能中的重要性,并揭示了不同环境因素对密封胶性能的影响,为水利工程密封材料的应用和开发提供了重要的参考。然而,研究仅探讨了基材、浸泡时间、浸泡介质以及有无底涂料对双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶长期浸水耐久性的影响,未来可探索更多环境因素,以提高研究的全面性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
