上述试验通过评估双组分MS密封胶在经过水浸泡后的定伸粘结性能,探究了不同浸泡周期对双组分MS密封胶粘结特性的影响。为了深入理解双组分MS密封胶在长期水下环境中与基材的粘结强度变化,研究采用表2试样对比了在有无底涂料两种不同条件下的双组分MS密封胶样品在不同浸水周期(4d,25d,45d)的拉伸粘结性能。测试结果如表所示。由表可知,无论是在标准大气环境下(101.325kPa,0℃,50%相对湿度)还是在经过4d,25d和45d的水浸泡处理后,在同种双组分MS密封胶样品的拉伸粘结性测试中,水泥砂浆基材的试件性能始终优于钢板基材。在定伸粘结性测试中,水泥砂浆基材的试件均未出现破坏,而钢板基材的试件则普遍发生了粘结破坏。究其原因是对于管道接缝使用的双组分MS密封胶而言,由于需要较高的拉伸粘结强度,当双组分MS密封胶的内聚力过强时,便容易发生粘结破坏。另外,钢板基材表面光滑且容易生锈,如果试验前未进行适当的表面处理,或者所选用的底涂与双组分MS密封胶及钢板基材之间的相容性不足,这些因素都会削弱双组分MS密封胶的粘结性能。因此,为了提高双组分MS密封胶在钢板基材卜的粘结效果,必须重视表面处理和底涂的选择,确保它们之间的良好相容性。不同浸泡介质对双组分MS密封胶性能的影响为了评估双组分MS密封胶在不同浸泡介质中的粘结耐久性,研究对比分析了双组分MS密封胶在4种不同浸泡介质,即去离子水、碱性水(氢氧化钠,pH=8)、酸性水(盐酸,pH=5)和盐水(10%氯化钠溶液)中的长期浸泡性能。试验选用了水泥砂浆基材试样(SN-2,SN-S,G-8,G-11),以期通过这些测试,揭示双组分MS密封胶在不同环境下的粘结稳定性。测试结果如图所示。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
