不同浸水周期双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶定伸粘结性分析

       为了研究不同浸水周期对双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶粘结性能的影响,研究对所制备的样品进行了定伸粘结性测试,主要评估测试样品的破坏类型,观察丁基防水嵌缝胶与其粘接基材界面的破坏情况,来判断双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶的定伸粘结性效果。试验基材为水泥砂浆的双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶浸水后定伸粘结性测试结果如图所示。

       为试验基材为水泥砂浆的双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶浸水后定伸伸长率结果,为试验基材为水泥砂浆的双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶浸水后的破坏类型结果。由图可知,经过4d短期浸泡处理的6组样本,没有发生丁基防水嵌缝胶与其粘接基材界面发生破坏的情况。然而,经过45 d长期水浸泡处理后,相较于4d水浸泡的结果,SN一和SN-6样本的试验结果出现了显著变化,破坏类型由无破坏和轻微内聚破坏转变为了粘接破坏。其他样本的试验结果则相对稳定。这表明,在未涂底涂料的情况下,短期内的水浸泡对丁基防水嵌缝胶与混凝土基材间的粘接性能影响甚微,但随着浸泡时间的增加,水分逐渐渗透至粘接面,侵蚀表面层,导致丁基防水嵌缝胶的水下粘接效果逐渐降低。该结论与胡慧莹等人研究结果一致。试验基材为钢板的双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶浸水后定伸粘结性测试结果如图所示。

       由图可知,经过45 d的水浸泡处理,钢板基材卜的双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶样本表现出了不同的粘结性能。未涂覆底涂料的样本在测试中均表现为内聚破坏,而涂覆有底涂料的样本则出现了粘接界面破坏,这表明在某些情况下,涂覆有底涂料双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶与钢制管道的粘接性能还不及未覆涂底涂料的样本。因此,选择底涂料时应进行相容性测试,以确保材料间的适配性。这一发现强调了在特定应用环境下,底涂料可能对双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能产生不利影响,特别是在长期水下应用中,选择合适的底涂料对于确保双组分丁基防水嵌缝胶的长期稳定性和有效性至关重要。该结论与胡晓珍研究结果一致。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
