       水利工程作为国家基础设施的重要组成部分,其安全性和耐久性直接关系到人民生命财产的安全和国民经济的稳定发展。在水利工程中,MS密封胶作为连接各部分、防止渗漏的关键材料,其在长期浸水环境下的耐久性对水利工程的防水、防渗效果起着至关重要的作用。现阶段常用的MS密封胶主要有双组分聚硫MS密封胶、改性沥青类MS密封胶和聚氨酚MS密封胶等,已有诸多研究者对这些MS密封胶的特性进行了探讨。例如以聚醚多元醇,聚己内酚醇,环氧树脂为主要原料,制备了一种客车用环氧改性聚氨酚MS密封胶。实验结果表明,按照车身1.7 m处200℃的苛刻烘烤温度进行实验,当环氧树脂质量分数为4%时,聚氨酚MS密封胶具有良好的耐湿热和耐盐雾腐蚀性能。针对改性沥青类MS密封胶存在的茹结性、柔韧性和耐久性不足的问题,以90#基质沥青、热塑性硫化硅橡胶与苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯为主要原料,制备了一种高效复合改性沥青MS密封胶。实验结果表明,3%苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯能够显著提高MS密封胶的高温性能,3%热塑性硫化硅橡胶能够提高MS密封胶的柔韧性和粘结性。汪亚军等人通过将双组分聚硫MS密封胶与水铜片和防水卷材相结合,有效地提升了水工建筑物结构缝的防渗和止水能力。其中,双组分聚硫MS密封胶是水利工程施工中常用的堵缝防水材料,其对水泥、钢铁、玻璃、木材和天然石材等都有较好的粘结性,已被广泛应用于南水北调中线、东线、各支线干渠以及西江引水工程等领域。其在保证水利工程防水、防渗效果方面发挥着重要作用,是确保工程质量的关键材料之一。然而,随着使用时间的增加,双组分聚硫MS密封胶会发生粘结强度和变形性能等力学性能的劣化,从而严重影响水利工程的使用寿命。研究发现,底涂处理情况、浸水周期、浸泡介质、试验基材等因素,均会对双组分聚硫MS密封胶的性能产生不同程度的影响。已有的研究表明,长期浸水后,MS密封胶易与豁结基材界面发生破坏。因此需深入分析其原因,并提出相应的解决方案及建议,以提高MS密封胶的耐久性,确保水利工程的长期稳定运行。因此,对水利工程施工中MS密封胶长期浸水耐久性的研究具有实际意义。双组分聚硫MS密封胶相较于其他MS密封胶来说耐高低温、耐水、耐候性更好,因此,研究创新性地选用双组分聚硫MS密封胶为研究对象,从材料本身性能考察了其长期浸水耐久性。通过该项研究,旨在深入理解双组分聚硫MS密封胶在长期浸水条件下的性能变化,为水利工程MS密封胶的选择和应用提供科学依据,进而提升水利工程的安全性和耐久性,保障工程的长期稳定运行。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
