填料对丁基防水嵌缝胶耐油性能的影响,为采用相同的生胶、硫化体系,填料不同。填料种类对丁基防水嵌缝胶耐油性能的影响。由可见,由于填料的种类不同,造成密封剂的增重率不同。将密封剂的增重率转化为单位质量基胶的增重率,二种填料体系的增重率基本相同。可见填料种类不影响丁基防水嵌缝胶的耐油性能。填料用量对丁基防水嵌缝胶耐油性能的影响为二氧化硅用量对丁基防水嵌缝胶耐油性能的影响。

可见,在三氟丙基含量相同时,采用A配方的共聚物比机械共混物的耐油性能好。这是因为当三氟丙基在链段上时,整个体系的极性是均相的,体系能够耐油;采用机械共混的方式使三氟丙基的含量相同,但体系内部的极性不均一,极性强的F100吸油很慢,但107硅橡胶部分吸油速度很快,使整体的耐油性能变差。
提高温度,能够加快喷气燃料向丁基防水嵌缝胶扩散的速率;喷气燃料向丁基防水嵌缝胶中扩散的行为符合阿累尼乌斯方程。
基胶中三氟丙基含量显著影响喷气燃料向丁基防水嵌缝胶扩散的速率和吸油平衡值,当三氟丙基链节含量达到50%时,效果相对显著;引人方式共聚优于共混。丁基防水嵌缝胶的硫化体系、填料体系基本不影响耐油性能。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
