       为A4号样氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶温度对增重速率的影响。根据点的分布,通过最小二乘法,将离散的点拟合成直线,图中直线的斜率即为试片的增重速率。可见试片的增重速率随着温度的提高而增大。其它体系的增重速率曲线与A4号样的趋势基本一致,不同在于增重速率的不同。同样用最小二乘法求出不同体系在不同温度点下的增重速率。鉴于篇幅的原因其它体系的温度对增重速率的影响图未在文中给出。

       不同温度下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的增重速率取自然对数ln(Dm/fit)与绝对温度的倒数1/T作图有机小分子向橡胶中扩散的扩散系数与温度间的关系可用阿累尼乌斯方程表示,见式4比较式3与式4可见,喷气燃料向氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶中扩散的行为符合阿累尼乌斯方程。三氟丙基含量对氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶耐油性能的影响三氟丙基含量对氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶吸油增重率和平衡吸附量的影响为氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶浸泡时间对增重率的影响。可见,随着三氟丙基含量的增加,氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在初始阶段的增重率显著下降;在浸泡4h后增重率的增速下降,除107胶体系(即三氟丙基含量为0时)外,体系的增重率几乎不变,达到了吸油平衡。由此可见,三氟丙基含量与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶初始阶段的增重率和平衡吸附量均存在正相关的关系。三氟丙基含量对氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶浸油后拉伸性能的影响三氟丙基含量对氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶浸油后拉伸性能的影响。可见,随着三氟丙基含量增加,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶浸油后的拉伸性能下降幅度变小;当A3浸油2天后拉伸性能下降超过50%;A4浸油2天后拉伸性能下降约25 %;AS浸油2天后拉伸性能无变化。由此可见,三氟丙基含量显著影响氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶浸油后的拉伸性能。硫化剂种类对氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶耐油性能的影响为硫化剂种类对氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶耐油性能的影响。由可见,不同硫化体系氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶浸油后的增重率相差不大。硫化体系在满足硫化完全的前提下,对氟硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶耐油性能影响不显著。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
