将聚氨酯密封胶粘接样放人40℃的恒温水浴锅中养护,7d后取出粘接样,并沿粘接面切开,观察截面气孔形成的情况。
养护温度对气孔产生的影响
1)准备封闭气孔的混凝土基材8组;
2)在混凝土基材表面刷1层PU底涂1005,过5min后两两拼接基材,形成4.5 cmx2.5 cmx2.5 cm的拼接缝;
3)用胶枪在拼接缝中均匀填人PU8230聚氨酯密封胶,刮平;
4)将粘接样分别放人30℃, 40℃,60℃,80℃的恒温水浴锅中养护,7d后取出粘接样,观察粘接样表面的气孔情况;并沿粘接面切开,观察截面气孔睛况。
1)准备表面孔洞数目基本相同的多孔混凝土基材4组;
2)两组混凝土基材表面刷1层PU底涂1005,另外两组刷MS底涂1005B,过5 min后两两拼接基材,形成4.5 cmx2.5 cmx2.5 cm的拼接缝;
3)用对应的胶枪在拼接缝中均匀填人PU8230聚氨酯密封胶和MS360聚氨酯密封胶,刮平;
4)将粘接样放人40℃的恒温水浴锅中养护,7d后取出粘接样,并分别沿粘接面和胶条中部切开,观察截面气孔形成的情况。
混凝土基材表面孔洞数目对气孔产生的影响
所示分别为多孔、正常孔、几乎无孔和封闭气孔的混凝土基材打胶养护后沿粘接面和胶条中部切开的截面气孔情况。
由图可见,随着混凝土基材表面孔洞数目逐渐减少,切开的聚氨酯密封胶截面的气孔数目也依次减少,多孔混凝土为基材的聚氨酯密封胶截面的气孔最多,而封闭气孔基材的聚氨酯密封胶截面未发现气孔。值得一提的是,粘接面产生气孔的位置与混凝土基材表面孔洞位置基本一一对应。
由图可见,沿着聚氨酯密封胶中部割开,所有固化完全的聚氨酯密封胶中部截面没有明显气孔。由此推断,气孔只分布在聚氨酯密封胶与基材的粘接面。
底涂层数对气孔产生的影响
所示为多孔混凝土基材表面刷不同层数底涂打胶养护后切开的粘接面气孔情况,从左往右底涂层数分别为1,3,5,7,9层。
可见,5种情况下粘接样的粘接面气孔都较多,增加底涂层数无法起到抑制气孔产生的作用。这说明底涂层数仅对混凝土的粘接起一定作用,与产生气孔的数量并没有必然的联系。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
