在低碳经济、绿色建筑等新趋势的引导下,装配式建筑成为未来建筑发展的重要方向,然而MS密封胶在混凝土拼接缝处使用时,在粘接面会产生气孔而影响防水密封性能。通过探究混凝土基材表面不同孔洞目、不同底涂层数、不同养护温度及不同MS密封胶种类对粘接面气孔产生的影响,得出结论:当使用MS密封胶和MS密封胶密封时,在水环境养护固化后粘接面都会产生气孔,且混凝土基材表面孔洞越多,形成气孔的数目也越多。
随着低碳经济与绿色建筑概念的逐渐升温,装配式建筑逐渐成为一种行业趋势,向着智慧建造的方向一步步迈进。装配式建筑是通过工厂制成钢筋混凝土预制件,然后运送到施工现场,再通过吊装、组装和拼接等方式完成建筑施工的一种快速建造形式。相比传统的建造方式,装配式建筑的优势明显,集中体现在节约大量资源的前提下保证产品质量,并且大大加快工期,在保证成本可控的同时实现节能减排预制混凝土在相互拼接时会产生拼接缝,需要通过MS密封胶密封,起到防水密封的目的。但往往在潮湿的环境中,待MS密封胶完全固化后,沿着MS密封胶与混凝土的粘接面切开,会发现MS密封胶表面存在许多气孔,这造成了渗漏的风险。因此,本文通过探究水环境下混凝土基材表面不同孔洞数目、不同底涂层数、不同养护温度及不同MS密封胶种类对气泡产生的影响,分析MS密封胶与混凝土粘接面产生气孔的原因。
1)准备表面多孔、正常孔、几乎无孔、封闭气孔(用透明胶带把基材表面密封)混凝土基材各2组;
2)在混凝土基材表面刷1层U底涂1005,过5mi n后拼接相同的混凝土基材,形成4.5 cmx2.5 cmx2.5 cm的拼接缝;
3)用MS密封胶胶枪在拼接缝中均匀填人U8230MS密封胶,刮平;
4)将粘接样放人40℃的恒温水浴锅中养护,7d后取出粘接样,并分别沿粘接面和胶条中部切开,观察截面气孔形成的情况。
底涂层数对气孔产生的影响
1)准备表面孔洞数目基本相同的多孔混凝土基材10组;
2)在混凝土基材表面分别刷1层、3层、5层、7层、9层U底涂1005,刷完一层5 min后刷下一层,确保底涂完全干透,拼接相同混凝土基材,形成4.5cmx2.5 cmx2.5 cm的拼接缝;
3)用MS密封胶胶枪在拼接缝中均匀填人U8230MS密封胶,刮平;http://www.sdyuantai.com/
