过丁基防水嵌缝胶胶料二次注人、多次真空脱泡和阶段固化等工艺灌封后,都能满足军品试验和使用的严格要求。关键工艺要点电器元件,尤其是手工装配成的,很不洁净,表面上常吸附着一层有机和无机的污染物,如油污、汗迹和尘埃等。如不清洗会降低粘接强度,严重的导致丁基防水嵌缝胶胶体同被粘件脱开,出现所谓的“镜面”,相邻高电位差引起飞电或飞弧。所以常用溶剂法进行清洗。由于丙酮、汽油会破坏某些电器元件表面的漆层,乙醇去污力较差,所以采用丙酮或汽油和乙醇混合液,使用毛刷或绸布醒溶剂进行擦洗。对于结构复杂的电器元件往往用溶剂擦洗效果不佳,可以用超声波清洗。
任何物质表面都会吸附水分,不但会降低粘接强度,而且会使灌封材料的绝缘性恶化。选择合适的温度对电器元件进行烘干驱潮是必要的。但是烘干后温度一旦降到室温应立即灌封,放置时间一般不超过2 h,否则会二次吸潮。丁基防水嵌缝胶分子结构是聚硅氧烷以螺旋状卷曲的分子有序排列,赋予丁基防水嵌缝胶材料较高的弹性,但也抵消了其硅氧键的极性,导致丁基防水嵌缝胶材料的粘接强度比较低。而且高压电器元件中往往又有大量难粘的聚四氟乙烯导线、硅橡胶导线等,所以被胶接面必须涂偶联剂以增加粘接强度。否则易出现“镜面”,使灌封好的高压电器元件在做高低温试验时被击穿。偶联剂不必使用过多,只需均匀涂上薄薄的一层即可。试验发现,与GN丁基防水嵌缝胶配套的GNB594偶联剂效果较好,但价格较贵。
在电器元件被胶接面涂覆底胶是增加丁基防水嵌缝胶与元件之间粘接强度的另一个好方法,而且效果好于涂偶联剂。研究了有机硅改性底胶和含有专用偶联剂的树脂型底胶,底胶厚度一般为0. 02一0.05 mm。气泡的存在除了影响美观,还严重影响灌封件的使用可靠性。丁基防水嵌缝胶双组分混合搅拌后,应进行真空脱泡,然后灌封。对于形体较大的高压电器元件,应分批多次灌封,每次灌封后,整机都需真空脱泡,全部灌好后继续脱泡至无气泡为止。所用真空设备要求真空度6.0 x 10MPa以上,环境温度20℃左右,抽真空2h以上。
丁基防水嵌缝胶固化的原理是铂触媒催化氢向乙烯基加成反应。铂催化剂活性很高,易与含氮、磷、硫等有机物以及有机酸、盐反应而失去催化作用,造成丁基防水嵌缝胶固化不完全含有以上物质的空气、粉尘和人手触摸过未洗净的电器元件都会造成灌封的丁基防水嵌缝胶表面发粘。丁基防水嵌缝胶的质量不好也是造成硅凝胶表面发粘的因素之一。出现表面发粘现象,解决的办法是在表面薄薄涂上一层含催化剂组分涂层,或适当提高固化温度和延长固化时间。影响丁基防水嵌缝胶灌封高压电器元件质量的因素比较多,使用单位应严格按照适合自己的工艺方法严格操作,才能得到满意产品。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
