为适应流水装配线，尤其是有紧密施工工序要求的流水线，要求聚氨酯密封胶的固化速度必须大大提高，而双组分快速固化聚氨酯密封胶(简称双组分聚氨酯密封胶)能解决单组分聚氨酯密封胶的上述缺点，但真正应用于实际还有2个关键问题需解决。第一，必须开发适合双组分快速固化工艺的施胶设备;第二，设计相配套的快速固化的聚氨酯密封胶配方。

双组分聚氨酯密封胶在实际使用时，为了满足用户粘接施工的要求，必须配套或研制开发相关的设备，包括豁稠物料的计量、混合、传输和涂胶设备。双螺杆挤出反应器的问世与商品化，为双组分聚氨酯密封胶的应用提供了基础，但如果是快速固化，双螺杆挤出反应器极易堵塞，不适合快固胶的施工。施胶装置应当操作简便、易于控制，更为关键的是采用何种方式混合，才能保证质量和批次间的稳定性。与多家设备厂合作，通过采用双组分压盘式施胶机和气动轻便型胶枪2种方案解决了施胶设备问题。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
