同样采用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进行试验,利用拉力试验机给硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒施加等同于工作压差产生的轴向压缩力,对加载端的肩部突出变形进行试验分析,工作压差与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒突出变形试验数据见表,得出的作压差当量轴向力与突出变形的关系曲线如图3所示。可以看出,当工作压差为突出为3. 4 mm;当工作压差为MPa时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部MPa时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部l020突出为6. 2 mm;当工作压差为25 MPa时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部突出为7. 1。试验结果表明,压缩式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒在坐封力(60 kN )的作用下肩部突出变形现象比较轻微(<2 mm),但是在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒承受压差过程中,工作压差对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒产生的轴向压缩力远大于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的坐封力,使得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进一步被压缩,导致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部突出变形现象逐步加剧。随着工作时间的的延长,加之工作压差的交变性,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒将发生蠕动松弛现象,影响密封性能。突出变形与端部保护环的关系端部保护环工作原理 硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒端部保护环安装于封隔器上下承压座与边硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒之间,主要作用是防止硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒在坐封和承压过程中发生肩部突出变形,有利于提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与套管之间的接触压力,保证硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒良好的密封性能。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒端部保护环一般由塑性较好的软金属材料加工而成,在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒受轴向力被压缩过程中,保护环受硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒挤压自动实现径向变形。本次试验研究采用的是整体伞形保护环。伞形保护环对突出变形的影响利用拉力试验机对装有整体伞形保护环的3#硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进行轴向压缩试验,得出的带有伞形保护环硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的轴向压缩力与突出变形的关系曲线如图所示。
可以看出,在100 kN轴向压缩力条件下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒端部的伞形保护环均处于平展状态。当轴向压缩力为140 kN时,肩部突出变形为1, 7 mm;当轴向压缩力为195 kN时,肩部突出变形为3. 4 mm。与图所示的结果相比较,肩部突出变形同比下降69%和52%。
试验结果表明,压缩式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒伞形保护环在坐封力的作用下并未完全变形到位,只是处于平展状态。在承受上下端交变工作压差过程中,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进一步被压缩、产生蠕动变形,肩部突出变形进一步增大,伞形保护环变形随之加大,直至完全外展包住上下承压座,起到增加刚体外径、抑制硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部突出变形的作用,进而提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的密封性能。
结论
(1)压缩式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒在承压过程中进一步被工作压差形成的轴向力压缩,导致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部突出变形加剧,并伴随发生蠕动松弛现象,影响硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的密封性能。
(2)压缩式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒整体伞形保护环的设计与应用,有利于抑制硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部的突出变形,进而提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的密封性能。
(3)压缩式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒肩部突出变形及整体伞形保护环完全外展后形成的特殊型面对密封性能的影响有待于进行深人的试验分析研究。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
