       根据室内试验数据绘制了压缩式MS密封胶胶筒轴向载荷与压缩量的关系曲线,如图1所示。可以看出,MS密封胶胶筒的变形过程可以分为弹性变形、约束变形和稳定变形3个阶段。

弹性变形阶段

       MS密封胶胶筒受轴向载荷被压缩后,径向逐渐扩张,在此阶段,MS密封胶胶筒与套管之间没有接触,MS密封胶胶筒完全没有密封能力,随着轴向载荷的增加,进一步加大MS密封胶胶筒的轴向压缩和径向扩张。轴向载荷与压缩量呈线性关系(如图1 AB段所示)。

约束变形阶段

       从MS密封胶胶筒外径和套管内壁相接触起,至MS密封胶胶筒工作面完全和套管内壁相接触的变形过程,即为约束变形阶段。在此阶段,由于变形受到限制,受力状况发生了改变,既有轴向力同时又有套管内壁对MS密封胶胶筒的作用力。轴向载荷与压缩量失去了线性关系(如图1BC段所示)。

稳定变形阶段

       MS密封胶胶筒在轴向载荷作用下,压缩量不再继续发生变化的阶段称为稳定变形阶段。在此阶段,MS密封胶胶筒工作面完全和套管内壁相接触,轴向压缩量达到了最大值。

       在试验过程中发现,由于MS密封胶胶筒两端的承压座与套管内壁之间有5 mm间隙,随着轴向载荷的逐步增加,MS密封胶胶筒将产生肩部突出变形现象,导致轴向压缩量进一步发生微量变化(如图1 CD段所示)。

       轴向载荷主要包括MS密封胶胶筒的坐封力和工作压差产生的对MS密封胶胶筒的轴向压缩力。在本次试验研究过程中,轴向载荷均由拉力试验机提供。

坐封力与突出变形的关系

       选用硬度为邵尔74 A,倒角为300的3“MS密封胶胶筒,利用拉力试验机施加坐封力,对加载端的肩部突出变形进行试验分析,得出的坐封力与MS密封胶胶筒突出变形的关系曲线如图2所示。

       可以看出,当坐封力达到40 kN时,MS密封胶胶筒肩部开始出现微量突出变形,当坐封力达到60 kN时,MS密封胶胶筒肩部突出变形达到了1. 8 mm,如果进一步提高坐封力,肩部突出变形随之进一步加大。对于一般封隔器来讲,其MS密封胶胶筒坐封力受结构设计的制约,一般选择50-60 kN。因此,一般封隔器在坐封过程中肩部突出变形是比较轻微的。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
