外丁基防水嵌缝胶与钢片的密封钢片层叠排列后,在叠层钢片的内外表面形成锯齿形纵向沟槽,如果该沟槽不能被内外丁基防水嵌缝胶的橡胶所充填,就构成液体漏失通道,不能实现膨胀筒的密封。笔者将外丁基防水嵌缝胶直接硫化在叠层钢片上,叠层钢片的外表面沟槽就被橡胶所充填。膨胀筒坐封时,外丁基防水嵌缝胶和钢片在内丁基防水嵌缝胶的作用下均匀展开,叠层钢片的外表面沟槽会稍有增大,因为外丁基防水嵌缝胶有一定的塑性,在叠层钢片对外丁基防水嵌缝胶的粘结作用和挤压作用下,沟槽内的橡胶跟随钢片变形,仍能充填外表面沟槽,从而实现外丁基防水嵌缝胶与钢片的密封。
钢片与内丁基防水嵌缝胶的密封由于结构和制造工艺的限制,内丁基防水嵌缝胶难以像外丁基防水嵌缝胶那样直接硫化在叠层钢片上,而是先压制成型,然后穿人叠层钢片的内孔中。
叠层钢片的内表面沟槽靠内丁基防水嵌缝胶来密封。最初设计的内丁基防水嵌缝胶外表面是光的,坐封时内丁基防水嵌缝胶在钢片的作用下很难压变形去充填钢片的内表面沟槽,因密封能力只有4. 5 MPa。如果将内丁基防水嵌缝胶的外圆加工出周向纹理,形成环形密封齿。由于内丁基防水嵌缝胶具有很好的塑性,坐封时,这些密封齿在叠层钢片的挤压下变形,可以充填叠层钢片的内表面沟槽,密封能力提高到15 MPa。
钢片与内丁基防水嵌缝胶的密封与内丁基防水嵌缝胶的材质也有很大关系,塑性越大,密封性越好,但过分加大内丁基防水嵌缝胶的塑性,内丁基防水嵌缝胶的强度将得不到满足。我们在满足强度要求的前提下优化内丁基防水嵌缝胶的塑性密封能力由15 MPa提高到22 MPa。所以钢片与内丁基防水嵌缝胶的密封要通过优化内丁基防水嵌缝胶的结构和橡胶性能来实现。
钢片与钢片之间的密封再来观察图2,即使钢片与内、外丁基防水嵌缝胶的密封都解决了,如果钢片与钢片的贴合面有缝隙,仍不能完全密封。这就要求所有钢片零间隙贴合。
要满足钢片零间隙贴合,钢片的内外型面是决定因素。下面在保证钢片零间隙贴合的前提下推导钢片内外型面的截面曲线。钢片的内外型面原来是按圆弧加工的,事实上不可能是圆弧。如果钢片的内外型面是圆弧,对于壁厚均匀的钢片,外型面圆弧半径一定大于内型面圆弧半径,不管2个钢片怎么贴合,不等半径的内钢片外弧面与外钢片内弧面是不可能重合的,如图所示。所以钢片的内外型面不可能是圆弧。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
