叠层钢片硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膨胀筒的密封问题是水平井分段压裂封隔器的技术难点。根据该封隔器的前期研制经验，从零件结构和材质特性等方面分析了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膨胀筒的密封机理。得出结论:(1)将外胶筒硫化在叠层钢片上可以解决外胶筒与钢片的密封;(2)内胶筒与钢片的密封应通过内胶筒的塑性及其表面结构来实现;(3)采用渐开线钢片可以实现钢片与钢片的密封。

在油气田水平井数量迅猛增加的形势下，我们开展了水平井分段压裂封隔器的研制。叠层钢片硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膨胀筒是该封隔器的重要部件，其密封性是指硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膨胀筒密封套管的最大工作压差，它是该封隔器的关键技术。根据该封隔器的前期研制经验，笔者全面分析了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膨胀筒的密封机理，从而为同类产品的研制提供理论参考。

图示出叠层钢片硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膨胀筒结构，其工作原理是:从中心管打压，内胶筒进液膨胀，撑开叠层钢片和外胶筒，紧压在套管内壁上，阻断硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶膨胀筒前后的液体通道，从而起到封隔套管的作用。钢片的裸露部分用于锚定套管，硫化在钢片上的外胶筒用于密封套管。
