可以看出,随着摩擦因数的增大,2种密封结构三硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的最大接触压力均增大,新型密封结构的最大接触压力明显大于常规密封结构;上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的平均接触压力逐渐增大且趋势明显,中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒上半段逐渐增大而下半段减小,下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒逐渐减小且趋势明显;新型密封结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒组的平均接触压力始终大于常规密封结构。与摩擦因数为0.1的接触压力曲线相对比,当摩擦因数为0.7时,新型密封结构上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的接触压力显著增大且突然出现了较大的峰值;中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒上半段接触压力略微增大而下半段略微减小;下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒接触压力明显减小,反而不利于坐封。所以,摩擦因数并不是越大越好,采用相关工具清理井眼,减少摩擦因数,更有利于封隔器密封性能的提升。
结论
(1)新型密封结构凸球形隔环在轴向压缩硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的同时也起径向压缩作用,不仅将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒向右挤向井壁,而且也将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒向左挤向中心管,从而提高了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与井壁和中心管间的接触压力。
(2)新型密封结构的凹球形硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒组与井壁、中心管间的最大接触压力和平均接触压力均提高了50%左右,大大增强了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒组的密封性能;各凹球形硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与中心管间的平均接触压力分别是常规密封结构的1.63,1.83,1.64倍,在一定程度上能避免硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒组与中心管之间出现间隙。
(3)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与井壁间的接触压力随着硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒硬度的增大而增大,新型密封结构密封性更好,选择硬度合适的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒能为封隔器的密封可靠性提供保障。
(4)2种密封结构的上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒与井壁间的接触压力均随着摩擦因数的增大而增大,中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒上半段逐渐增大而下半段减小,下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒显著减小,故摩擦因数并不是越大越好,采用相关工具清理井眼,减少摩擦因数,更有利于封隔器密封性能的提升。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
