在图所示的泄漏点处，用连接螺栓把组合式夹具按规定的方法安装在法兰和管线上，并使组合夹具直管部分与泄漏直管之间的间隙在0. 5以内。有时为加强密封，可以根据需要在密封槽内依泄漏介质的压力、温度和化学性质加铜丝、保险丝、石墨盘根或0形橡胶圈。丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶接头丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶接头在图3所示的丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔中，再将高压丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶枪连接到丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶接头另一端的内螺孔中。按照所选用的丁基防水嵌缝胶的使用说明进行丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶。丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶前先将丁基防水嵌缝胶预热到60一80℃再装人高压丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶枪，通过丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶螺孔注入密封腔中。丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶时应首先从远离泄漏点的注胶孔1进行丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶，然后按2-3-4-5--6的顺序依次进行，见图。丁基防水嵌缝胶将在密封腔内逐步向泄漏点移动，当丁基防水嵌缝胶到达相邻丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔2，即相邻丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔2无泄漏介质排出时，则停止丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶，卸下高压丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶枪，并用丝堵堵住丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔，然后再从下1个丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶，其方法如前所述。当只有5,6这2个丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔时，在注射离泄漏点较远的丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔5时，泄漏逐渐减小直至泄漏被消除，暂停注人丁基防水嵌缝胶操作，记录下此时的注射压力。暂停约t0一30 min，使注入的丁基防水嵌缝胶在泄漏介质温度的作用下固化后，再注射靠近泄漏点的丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔6。此时应当尽可能缓慢注射，同时要边注射边观察介质泄漏情况和注射枪上的压力表读数，当压力表读数比以前记录的压力值高0.3一1 MPa且高压为1一5 MPa时，即可停止丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶，若无泄漏介质滋出，便可卸下高压注胶枪，用丝堵堵上丁基防水嵌缝胶注胶孔。至此，对该泄漏点的带压密封实施成功。该泄漏点在2001年9月成功实施密封以来，至今未发生再次泄漏现象。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
