结构设计以图所示的泄漏点为例，笔者在综合法兰夹具和直管夹具优点的基础上，设计了1种组合式夹具，其结构见图2，此结构是由法兰端和直管端2部分通过焊制后加工而成的。

加工制作组合式夹具由各部分分开制作完成后组焊而成。应注意，在进行粗加工时，特别对于有偏心要求的组合式夹具，要预留好加工余量。其次是在组焊时，要根据各部分的材质情况来选择合理的焊接工艺，以确保焊后夹具无明显的变形以及错位等质量问题，并且要做到焊缝无热裂纹、夹渣和气孔等焊接缺陷。

硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是带压密封技术的核心内容之一，因而如何恰当地选用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是能否成功实施带压密封技术的关键。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶按其固化特性分为热固化硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶和非热固化硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶2类，在选用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶时应按泄漏介质的化学性能、温度和硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的销售价格3个原则进行。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的选用方法见表。

现以青藏铁路第2加油站5"油罐上的直管与平焊法兰的焊缝处泄漏为例，说明组合式夹具现场密封的使用方法。罐内储存介质为93’汽油，泄漏点管线规格为}57mmx3mm，材质为10钢，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶选用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶一聚四氟乙烯型。组合夹具的现场安装情况见图。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
